  • I FAILED my Nurse Practitioner Boards! (AANP) Not something I like to make known, however these things happen.
In todays video I am talking all about the AANP board exam, cost, what to do if you failed and what I did that helped me to pass after failing! Failing anything is never a good feeling, but life goes on. No way does it make you a bad Nurse Practitioner if you have failed.

Sometimes it doesn't matter how hard you study you also need to pray to God for success.

@ Sometimes hard work doesn't pay you have to back it up with smartness, I think your cousin understood that perfectly.

Hi. Last week I took the exam and didn't pass. I would like to know how can I do the 15 hours for CE. any link or something like that?

@@malenasantana2880 I am sorry to hear you did not pass. Its very frustrating. I did the fitzgerald review- it is like 35 CEs but that is what I used for my CEs both times. I re did her review course and did the leik review together this time. I am very nervous but need to think positivley.

I’m worried about the technology so I was wondering if it would be something that taking the practice exam would help. For example, the highlight and strikeout capability would be great but at 65, I would need to master it before I went to take the exam. Thanks in advance.

Hello, congratulations, i wanted to ask you about the ANCC readiness test. I was wondering if it's truly predictive of your passing chances for the NP exam. THANKS

I wanted to ask how long did you have to wait to take the second exam?

    • @fromcnatonp
      @fromcnatonp  4 роки тому +1

I think you have to wait at least 30 days ( but I could be wrong) but you must complete 15 contact hours of CE before you apply again to retest (I got mine from the aanp site ) I personally waited 4months bc I wanted to do a review course. Also one cannot test more than twice in a 12 month period.

I want to thank you for this video. I took the
exam and I failed, but the crazy thing was
that I knew I wasn't ready however, I still took it
hoping I would pass. After receive my results I
went to UA-cam searching for others who failed
and your video came up( even though you didn't
fail) but your advice and the tools you used and
posted in this video helped me...I did exactly
what you did. I bought nurse Steph's complete
nursing handbook on Esty. I bought Archer review
and stopped using Uworld, and I was already
using simple nursing which was great especially
with pharm...I used Registered nurse ANCC to
brush up on my math...but what really helped me
the most was Mrs Cynthia High-yield and using
the method and ASK GRAPH format it helped
with breaking down the question & puting them
in my own words. So I thank you, thank for
    everything. I passed last week.🕺💃🕺❤️
Also I will love to share her telegram handle
content her if you need any help and tell her I
share her info to you please..😊🫡

Yes! I went onto the AANP site bc I am a member and did some random ones but I also took review course. If you do a review after you have failed they will count that as well. Best of luck
