He wouldn't talk to me at all or try and console me, just cold as ice, saying I wasn't home enough to clean. My uncle and I were planning my Mom's funeral alone. He pushed me across our kitchen the morning of my Mom's funeral when I went up to him to hug him and ask for him to Please Stop being mean. I drove alone to the funeral and he acted SOO SWEET TO EVERYONE there and people kept telling me "How Blessed I Am to have such a great husband " Then he didn't say a word to me for 2 months, then suddenly started talking to me because his family planned a birthday party for me, so he had to put on the act. I know very very well how these Narcissist Psychopaths operate and their ONLY goal in life is to Destroy the one they are in a relationship with or want to bring down. I have seen it clearly that they get JOY when they can see hurt and pain in your EYES!!!!!! If you cry, that's a bonus for them. But the EYES are what they gage their success on when hurting you. Let them walk away all they need to and give them space if they want it. This is a time that isn’t about you. Amber filed for divorce, what was it 2 days after his mom passed away? No one with a human heart does that. She didn’t have to be with him during that time if she wanted to be away from him, but you don’t go get him served within days of losing a parent and you certainly don’t go frame someone you love right after their parent dies. But one thing I know for sure is with the loss of his mom is that eventually grief is going to get to him at some point in time and even causing him to act out. Similar situation happened to me when my mom was dying. I made the decision to divorce when the person who should have been supporting me was instead using the opportunity to bring me down more. I was pretty invested in this case because I understood that situation. It’s truly heartbreaking.

I have a niece with the same issues as AH. 12 yrs ago she turned her attention on me, as well as others, and it hasn't stopped to this day. I lost my 15 Yr old son to Marfan Syndrome 4 yrs ago and because I had distanced myself from her and was no longer acknowledging her abuse, she used his passing as a tool to torture me. She went through his fb and msgd all his friends telling them I had accused her of k**ling him, even though he had passed suddenly while sitting beside me on my sofa at home. She would msg me telling me I don't have long left as I have the same syndrome. She turned up at his funeral, uninvited and tried to cause a scene. If we block her from contacting us she makes another account in a different name. I have blocked 170 profiles so far, all her. She phones all hours of the day and night leaving nasty voicemails that just ramble on and on. If she can't get directly to me, she attacks my family and friends. Police won't do anything as they say its a family problem and I need to go to court to stop her. She constantly posts lies about me on social media and all because I called her out on faking a pregnancy and subsequently faking a loss. You can literally shove the proof of her lies in her face and she will immediately spout more lies to cover the original ones. She never admits to any wrong doing and it's always someone else's fault. She is violent and controlling in all her relationships and when a partner decides to leave, suddenly she tells everyone that he Rp'd her and was abusive throughout. She controls everyone around her and if you go against her in any way you are subjected to the worst possible lies told about you. Watching this trial was like watching my niece and from experience I can say this is not the end. She will find another way to punish JD for having the strength to stand up to her and if its not directly from her, it'll be orchestrated by her. She will feel no remorse for things she has said or done and she will never acknowledge that she was the abuser. She will always play the victim and any attention is good attention to her. She will block out any negativity towards her and will pick and choose what she wants to hear. You cannot reason with her or negotiate as the only person in the world who is ever right, is her. Let them walk away all they need to and give them space if they want it. This is a time that isn’t about you. Amber filed for divorce, what was it 2 days after his mom passed away? No one with a human heart does that. She didn’t have to be with him during that time if she wanted to be away from him, but you don’t go get him served within days of losing a parent and you certainly don’t go frame someone you love right after their parent dies. Similar situation happened to me when my mom was dying. I made the decision to divorce when the person who should have been supporting me was instead using the opportunity to bring me down more. I was pretty invested in this case because I understood that situation. It’s truly heartbreaking.

I have a niece with the same issues as AH. 12 yrs ago she turned her attention on me, as well as others, and it hasn't stopped to this day. I lost my 15 Yr old son to Marfan Syndrome 4 yrs ago and because I had distanced myself from her and was no longer acknowledging her abuse, she used his passing as a tool to torture me. She went through his fb and msgd all his friends telling them I had accused her of k**ling him, even though he had passed suddenly while sitting beside me on my sofa at home. She would msg me telling me I don't have long left as I have the same syndrome. She turned up at his funeral, uninvited and tried to cause a scene. If we block her from contacting us she makes another account in a different name. I have blocked 170 profiles so far, all her. She phones all hours of the day and night leaving nasty voicemails that just ramble on and on. If she can't get directly to me, she attacks my family and friends. Police won't do anything as they say its a family problem and I need to go to court to stop her. She constantly posts lies about me on social media and all because I called her out on faking a pregnancy and subsequently faking a loss. You can literally shove the proof of her lies in her face and she will immediately spout more lies to cover the original ones. She never admits to any wrong doing and it's always someone else's fault. She is violent and controlling in all her relationships and when a partner decides to leave, suddenly she tells everyone that he Rp'd her and was abusive throughout. She controls everyone around her and if you go against her in any way you are subjected to the worst possible lies told about you.
Watching this trial was like watching my niece and from experience I can say this is not the end. I am so sorry for Jonny. As soon as she KNEW he was going to find the strength to actually leave her? She pulled the TRO stunt. I feel pity for her. She needs to seek help. Her manic behaviour is due to an illness. Hopefully there is medication to help her.

The only help is therapy and that entails admitting you have a problem which we all know that's never going to happen. She has to hit rock bottom and maybe then she might seek help, frankly I'm not holding my breath.

*The* most DISGUSTING and heartbreaking thing about this is that she had ZERO empathy or genuine concern for him in this moment, when his mother was dying and he undoubtedly was in a great deal of pain! All she wanted to do was use that fact as yet ANOTHER piece of ammunition to abuse him, to kick him while he was down, and extremely vulnerable, in order to manipulate him into yet ANOTHER fight where *everything* was about "ME ME ME!" for her....but, "I love you Johnny!" And on and on and on! *Zero* consideration for how he was feeling in that moment! Listening to him in this makes me *incredibly* sad and heartbroken for him! You can *literally* hear it in his voice that she has beaten the soul outta him! To listen to it is really awful! 😩 Her indescribable cruelty is truly bottomless! 😤
Ok, this is where I actually understand her viewpoint. She is saying that he is in a very vulnerable position and she didn’t want to leave him while in such a vulnerable position. I understand bc my ex was in the same scenario and sometime you don’t know if someone is pushing you away to self isolate or if they no longer love you. She was trying to be empathetic here. I know we don’t like her but I understand where she was coming from.
She’s not telling him she doesn’t want to be left no matter her behavior she is sympathizing with him being at a very low point and saying that IF she were in his shoes she wouldn’t want to be left while in such a dark place. She cares about his feelings here and is trying to decide whether to stay or go and he doesn’t want her to feel obligated to stay out of pity…

It's devastating. You come to realize the worst of all is that they will never change. They can't admit how they behaved towards others. They just care for themselves. Been thru it to and I have the scars for life but I knew then I couldn't help the person. I watched a train wreck that I knew was happening. I alerted everyone and it won't be stopped. All I can do is get off the train. That's the best metaphor I can put it.
