Ingredients:
Flour 300 gr
Mushrooms (champignons) 400 gr
Chicken fillet 400 gr
Canned green peas 80 gr
Milk 200 ml, One egg
One onion One carrot
Fresh parsley 80-100 g
One teaspoon of lemon juice
Salt and pepper to taste
You don't need to knead the dough, just form a lump and put it in the fridge for 1 hour, after an hour roll it out, fold it into three layers and put it back in the fridge for 30 minutes. I'm sure you will succeed! Enjoy watching!
