Thanks for sharing, Joel. Your openness and insight are inspiring countless electrical professionals and apprentices all around the world. You're a blessing, bro. Godspeed to you and yours.
Joel, your channel is so good! I've only recently discovered you, but I love everything about what you've got going on. Thank you for being you and doing what you do. Keep it up brother.
Joel Thank you so much for your business video I am so appreciative of your passion and dedication to the business and the Trade Really enjoying the journey of becoming one of your biggest
Thank you for all that you share. I just started my business a little over a year ago, things are going pretty good, but I am hesitant on hiring because I don't want or know how to deal with workmans comp, taxes, and unemployment
Running a business is such a different proposition from doing work. I know how to perform the tasks I have experience with but the skill sets of managing people and being a liason and keeping all the balls in the air hiring and firing and making payroll all while making a profit. So intimidating.
Our company failed because no one cared about others and those who cared were ousted. It does not matter what you know but who you know that is the sad truth. By the way I resigned, I could not take it any longer.
So are you saying it’s impossible to work less than 50 hours as a small business owner in America ? Or that it’s possible I can’t quite understand your point you sometimes over complicate things lol😂
