Summer dessert idea! 🍎 This raw apple crisp will knock your socks off

    This new dish offers a little protein, a touch of sweetness, and a nice satisfying crunch.
    Rachel recommends cutting your apple slices thick enough to hold a smear of peanut butter (or whatever nut butter you'd prefer to use). You want to ensure the apple doesn't get soggy from holding the toppings.
    When all the apples are topped with your spread, you can sprinkle some granola on top, along with anything else that feels fresh and bright -- Rachel recommended berries or pineapple chunks, and she selected dried cranberries. Chocolate chips might be a fun addition, as well.
    Refrigerate the platter if you're serving in about an hour -- that will preserve the crispness of the apples; just be aware that you don't want the peanut butter to harden too much.
