- I recorded this song because at the time, it was a new song that wasnt even released yet so i was like ahh i must record this!
And with my luck i got a great speech by Ronnie, its about 2 minutes in.
And NO, it was not about Max or Craig.
This was recorded before all that stuff happened.

Pete M It's actually not foreshadowing at all if you knew the facts. Escape the fate never stabbed Ronnie in the back or used him, Ronnie was just bitter that they decided not to wait for him to get out of prison because he decided to go to a shootout in the desert. Think about it, your drug addict ego maniac singer is about to go to jail for being apart of a fight that started on Myspace, your option is to sit and do nothing for 2.5 years, potentially ruining your careers or keep the ball rolling and continue living your dream you worked so hard to achieve by recruiting a new singer.
Another person Ronnie tried to blame during this time was Craig, saying that they were friends before and now Craig's just trying to be him by joining his band. Craig had a fucking newborn at the time, he got kicked out of blessthefall AND The Word Alive and had no way to provide for his family, he saw the open spot in ETF and went for it, end of story.
I'm not trying to single you out or anything but seeing that comment all the time really pisses me off.
