Hisun Vector 500 4x4 UTV CV axle, rear driveshaft and differential boss replacement

Hello in this video I diagnose a clanking noise coming from the rear of my Vector 500. I changed one of the rear cv axles thinking that was it, but it wasn't. It turns out the rear drive shaft splines were stripped out along with the rear differential coupler so they both had to be replaced. Please like and subscribe!

Hello thanks for checking out the video. I have a link that has it. They are based out of Maine. You should also be able to contact your local service center or dealer. My dealer was Home Depot. They were no help at all. I ended up calling one of my local service centers in the state. The parts were better priced coming from hisun though.

How /where do you check the rear diff oil on this machine?

Hey, if your looking at the back of the diff, there is a nut that looks like it has a washer welded to it. It's a 14mm nut. That's where you check the fluid level. Under the diff is a drain plug if you need to drain.
