Great video!!! Dixon is a really nice guy and extremely talented at blending. Taught my friends how to blend which resulted in the MD rye series. But let's be honest Dixon had Kentucky Owl behind him and now is mostly likely sourcing from wilderness trail. Wilderness is doing great things but their stock needs age before Dixon's offerings will start to kill it. Gem of Kenutcky is so overpriced at 199 and even the core 2XO offerings are overpriced for what is just decent whiskey. I keep passing on old man winter but you guys have consistently been picking it. Cheers!!
I finally gave in and bought a bottle of Disco 11. It is my first >$100 bottle but based on the ravings from you and David I knew it would be worth it.
