Snack service on a 30-minute flight is a pain and I'm surprised anyone would expect it. It takes at least 5 minutes to get above 10,000 feet and another 10 minutes for descent and final approach, that leaves maybe 15 viable minutes to get the snacks out. No thank you, I'd rather the attendants focus on more important things during that time. Additionally, it can't be beneficial to take this flight. Getting to the airport an hour early and the commute to the airport, depending on how far away you live seems like the 3-hour drive would be better. Probably much cheaper, too. I observe a 6-hour rule when it comes to flying; if I can drive there in 6 hours or less, I drive. Then again, it's an hour and a half to the closest major airport for me.
I will say the one thing I’m not a fan of on the 737 is how low the windows seem. I’m 6ft4in and I gotta bend my neck down to see out the window. It seems like the windows on airbus are a little higher up
Southwest is finally adding in seat power, but I agree, it’s long overdue. I still carry portable chargers on all my flights because what if the in seat power doesn’t work?
I have 3 portable chargers that have helped me a lot on these last two trips. I have one more trip so far and it includes a layover 😳that doesn’t bode well for the power thing since I too like to do videos
SWA is the only airline I fly, have never had any problems.👋✈️✈️💕
I’m a longtime loyal customer of Southwest Airlines. The best thing to do is to bring your own snacks or food. Your allowed to.
Totally agree!
It’s never an excuse. We are told to stay seated and that’s what we do. Even though the flight was smooth, previous flights reported turbulence.

I've noticed it too, but newer Boeing's don't seem to have the same issue

30 minute flights don't usually have drink and snack service as it's not enough time to take care of all customers.
I've had it multiple times on FLL-MCO and vice versa, so I know it can be done
I personally never find great Southwest fares. I'd much rather fly Delta. Something about Delta just seems different from all the others.
Southwest has definitely raised their prices lately. Makes me lean towards Delta more and more
Buddy Dyer has been married longer than many of your fans have been alive lmao
