Hi Lou, Love your videos, chassis 78UF was originally a Hooper Launderlette, owned from new by the Marquiss of Crewe, Crewe House, Cheshire ,UK.The control lever from the headlamps was a feature of Barker coachwork or ' Barker dipping ' and from the chauffuer's compartment the lamps could be tilted down to prevent dazzle !.The chauffuer was expected to enter from the left to allow him to enter elegantly to avoid the gear lever and hand brake. The skylight was known generally as a ' smoker's hatch ' to enable ventilation for the occupants. The missing script on the label of the carburettor tells that RR have adjusted the carburettor for optimum performance and no further ' unauthorised ' adjustments should be necessary !.The horn is by the Klaxon Company.
