Weber Q Grill: WHOLE ROAST DUCK | Tasty Holiday Alternative to Turkey!

If you are looking for an alternative to holiday turkey, or simply looking for something a little more decadent than chicken, you've come to the right place, because I roasted up a whole duck on my Weber Q grill this past Thanksgiving!
This roast can be done in an oven, or on any grill set up for indirect grilling by using an ordinary roasting pan and rack/trivet, and is perfect as a holiday centerpiece. And yes, this all fits even under the lower lid Weber Q2000! Happy holidays!
