Beautiful cards Sam! Love all things Bees - will have to give this style a try. I think the silver springs would have worked well on the blue card. Thanks for the inspiration!!
Sam, love this idea. It also reminds me of a seal used on a box. The box closure was almost invisible because the top hinged over from the back and tucked into the base halfway down the front. Thank you love this look using an aperture ❤
Oh I love it! But I’m not a bee person! Lol- that being said, my customers alway ask me make bee cards! They’ll love it! Thank you! I think I found you on Facebook.. I hope I can watch the lives!
I run my own little business making things and I used to make these years ago Sam, they were all on order. I made shop windows eg boutique - bakers - pet shop - art shop etc and it was great fun, you could let your imagination just go :) I would also make the shop name above it (with the recipient's name) and the street number to the side. It was great fun and they sold really well I'm happy to say. This is lovely thank you xx
This is such a cheerful card, I really like the blue & pink one. What a cute idea. I think I would put it on a 5x7 card blank so it could sit up so the words could be read the right way. Thanks for sharing.
Hi Karen, like the vertical sentiment, you could keep it laid flat and turn it so it looks like an Easel card if you want the sentiment the 'right way'. Or, to keep the Bay Window look, I would pop a sentiment on the folded part, check out the 2 others I've shared at the end of the tutorial, so you can see what i mean. 😀
Cute cards, love both styles, not done a bay window one since your last one, and love the fact you can cut your own apature, I'd never had thought if that.... Tfs Sam xx
Love the card design Sam. At a quick first glance, I thought what is the bees wings to be was sunglasses 😎 but I love the colours as well.
Love the colours! The flowers just inked in black are perfect! ❤❤❤
