I see a lot of curriculum's that put a whole lot of emphasis on fighting the grab or grip itself . Especially womens self defense . You get grabbed by some guy thats worked with his hands his whole life , he's going to have a grip like a gorilla . Plus, if you DO break the grip, it's not like he can't just grab you again. I agree with this approach, shut off the computer , no more grab . For the uninitiated , headbutts may not seem that powerful because they are hard to practice in a satisfying manner compared to say a palm strike . But when you are on the receiving end it's devastating . Like getting hit with a wet log.

I appreciate what you are showing. Thank you! If I grabbed someone with my left hand, I would unbalance them and repeatedly strike with the right hand of right elbow depending on the distance. Yeah, I watched a lot of hockey as a kid, lol

Headbutts are a fools errand and can just as easily result in you getting rekt

Hi ALush, thanks for your feedback.
It's simple, I saw so many street fights ended by a headbutt!
Headbutts are Devastating attacks, IF you know when to use them and yoy have the right technique.
