A2 terminal of contactor is connected to Neutral of AC supply. This is shown in the diagram explained.

In this video, I have left the protection part of circuit. Anyway all the protection relays such as overload relay, phase failure relay, voltage imbalance relay, motor protection relay, NC contact of all the protection relay has to be in series with control wiring.

For sake of clarity, we have not used overload protection relay and emergency stop.
However all the protection equipments to be used in motor starter should be connected in series with stop push button.
With protection equipment, we mean the following :
Emergency stop push button, remote push button, thermal overload relay, digital motor protection relay, single phase preventer, over voltage and under voltage relay, phase sequence relay etc.
Any of the above item, if used with starter wiring should be connected in series with stop push button.
