That is an interesting and sophisticated machine. I guess they were killed off by the cheaper to build and more versatile skidsteer machines. Good luck with getting it working which should be fascinating to watch!
Dave, Kubota model R420 and up use that same hydraulic system using motor oil, however, anything with the name Kubota can get pretty expensive, good luck with this one, thanks for sharing.
These loaders are still widely used in europe and made by multiple brands like kramer etc. These things are easier on tires and can usually lift more then a same sized skidsteer. If you dont need the added lift capacity and dont run around 24/7 on concrete/tarmac a skidsteer does have the edge.
Nice loader. I have a older skid steer with one hydraulic motor on each side with chain drive to the wheels .The newer skids have a motor on each wheel like yours why wouldn't a pump from a newer skid work?????????? there are lots of engine that could be hooked to the pump ...hell you can hook a 30 hp briggs to a pump. Good luck

This looks like a really cool project. Without a lot of backup documentation, you will be creating from scratch. Best of luck.
This looks really close to the old Swinger brand wheel loader I owned for a short time.
I would have to agree

Nice machine, Dave.
Nice find hillbilly. Waiting on the videos on this one!!!
I had a fork lift like this, twin pump setup, one ran the drive the other was for the drive.I beleive these use a danfoss combined pump..

Gas and liquid cooled I would guess it probably had a inline 4 industrial ford engine
Alot of work ahead of ya to fix it up
Dave try Hummierbee loaders. They look exactly like yours.
You may want to look into tipper trucks with independent motors .
reminds me of the waldon 5000 loader I have
It looks like a Loadmaster LM4000-LD
I saw that thing on marketplace
You appear to be missing the counter weight as well.
What make was it again?
Uses a 75HP Kohler Turbo Diesel engine
willmar wrangler 4500 clone.
Defintely a Swinger or Waldon loader.
