    I love these designs but more importantly I love your teaching style. I've been a "stringer" for years but recently decided to tackle beaded projects because I have time now that I'm retired after 25 years of teaching 2nd grade---so I know good teaching when I see it lol!! So glad I stumbled onto your channel--not all beading tutorials are created equal lol! Beautiful work and great personality--you seem like a grab a coffee and chat kind of girlfriend!! I'm hooked lol! Thanks for sharing your expertise!:)

    Thank you so much. As a newbie beader I find some of the tutorials on You Tube quite 'in your face'. This tutorial is wonderful as you are calm and explain things really well. Had a bit of a panic when you finished after a couple of rows - ok now though thank goodness. I've done this in all 10/0 seed beads in gunmetal and silver and it looks great. Looking forward to doing something else from your collection 😘

    I made this today and it turned out awesome😍😍😍 I made one row instead of two, because my hands are quite small (with two rows it looks a little too much on my fingers😂😂) and I used sky-blue pearls instead of bicones. The ring is beautiful and classy💍 and doesn't look cheap at all.
    Thank you for this easy tutorial...looking forward to do more projects💕😄

    Tip - run your length of Smoke Fireline through a fabric softener sheet to help remove the color, also helps the thread go through the beads easier and prevents knotting.

    G'Day my Chic little Lovely, Wow, definitely a lot of bling on those fingers. My favourite is the pearl one, of course, you know me and pearls!!!! Love the one you did on the video, the colours are amazing. As you were doing the video, my energetic Muse (the only one with the energy) and my little rundown grey cells had the idea that this ring would be great for those beginner beaders or those who haven't done this stitch as learning or practice piece before they start doing the bracelet and necklace. They could make a few and then have a good idea of the stitch before the bigger pieces. Just a thought. The whole set looks gorgeous and very Chic in style. On to Thanksgiving and I hope it was a fantastic day for you and your family. I sat proudly and imagined that I was with you and gave thanks for many reasons ( I think that you can guess the one that was at the top of my list) and enjoyed my Pavlova (here I call it "Pavlova Day"). I had it for lunch which was probably around your Tea Time ( your vening meal). I hope my lovely that you got to have some this year. In my second novel I talked about your Back Friday verses our Boxing Day shopping spree. Well it would seem that I owe you an opology as it would seem that some shops here are following in your tradition of Black Friday and also Cyber Monday. Shame we didn't adopt the best part and celebrate the day of Thanksgiving. Have you adopted another rescue cat? She is gorgeous ( I'm not really a cat lover) but she is a little angel. How does Andrew feel about the furry ball of cuteness? And how is he and also Bernie? You will need to take some pictures of her so I can see what she is like. Did you do us (your fans ) proud with your big shop on Black Friday. Do tell us how you did and of course your on line shopping spree. In the comment section on your last video you mentioned that you had a stone that you were going to work into a cuff. As my little grey cells are running on low charge at the moment, I can't place the one that you are going to use. Show me on your next video and I will have a "ponder" on what to use with it. I have almost finished the beading part of my cuff and should soon be finished my piece. Hope to do a few Christmas beaded decorations next. Today is (here) St Andrews Day and as I am from a strong Celtic back ground it is a special day for me and to all those fellow Celts.... Happy St Andrews Day. Can't believe that tomorrow is the beginning of Advent.....25 days until Christmas Day and 25 days for you to get over your huge feasting day to sit down to another well ladened table....I wil also be including Pavlova on that day a long side the Plum Pudding and Custard. Well here's yet another novel scribed by yours truely and I hope that you didn't fall a sleep while reading it. I am traveling slowly and a little under the weather but I will pick up speed soon I hope. Big kisses and hugs for everyone including "Hailie' (I hope I spelt it right) and thanks for the video and see you on the next one. Blessings my little polar bear....... XXXXXXXXXXOOOOOOOO

    • @BronzeponyBeadedJewelry
      @BronzeponyBeadedJewelry  8 років тому +1

      Good morning or evening for you Chris! Actually you are most likely in sweet slumber as I write this mini - novel. Thank you and your muse for your ideas for the ring. A very good idea to start with this little one before tackling the almost 400 bicones need for the necklace :) Thanksgiving was a lovely day and I did get a piece of dessert. I made something called "Floating Island" which is a version of your Pavlova. A little faster and easier for this challenged dessert chef! It is served the same way and is just a little softer meringue. YUM!!! I awoke to a torrential icy rain at 3am on Black Friday. Needless to say I turned off the alarm and went back to sleep under my warm blanket cuddling my sweet kitty! Cyber Monday is now my new Black Friday :) Yes, Haylee is a rescue kitty. As with Andrew, the shelter named her so we kept the name. She is a tortoise shell kitty (coloring). It has taken a while for Andrew to warm up to her!!! She likes to jump on his back and wrestle with him LOL At first he ignored her but now he is playing with her. I think in time he will love her (I hope). I'm very happy to have another furry thing in the house!
      I am working with a Lapis Lazuli Cabochon for the cuff. Sort of a cobalt blue with pyrite veining and bits running through it. I just received some amber glass pyramid cabs that I might use for the complimenting stones. So the whole theme will be blues and golds! I am so anxious to start but I have several holiday videos to complete before I can. I wish I had a few more arms or better yet, you living next door to me so we can bead together! take care my dear and go slowly. The beads will be there waiting for you. Love and hugs to you and yours XOXOXO

    • @chrisphillips1893
      @chrisphillips1893 8 років тому

      Your colour choice of stones sounds fabulous. Blue and Gold particularly with using Cobalt Blue and the glass pyramid Cabs sound very interesting. I can't wait to see them. I keep meaning to ask you what you thought of my Cabs that I used in my necklace. They are very hard for me to obtain here and if I can they are small as with the Chinese, although they are of the gemstone type. I was watching one of Ruby Lockward's bead haul videos and she was showing these incredible Cabs she got from Fire Mountain Gems. They are a high-grade German Acrylic Cab. I had some money as a gift and looked on their site. The other best part was that they were in their bargain section. When they arrived, I also was very surprised at just how good they were. When they are worked into a piece they look just as good as the more expensive stone Cabs. If I had have done it with stone ones then the piece would have weighted a lot more. As it has some weight to it already. I have bought a good selection of many colours and the best part for me is that they were very affordable for me to buy. Six large ones cost me around 3 or 4 dollars (If I remember right). It may help others on a small budget to work with cabs. I love ordering from them as they have some wonderful bargains and it only takes 9 days to my front door....on 3 occasions now. So glad there is harmony between your two furry babies. Should I be knitting little Kitty booties in case of the friendship blossoming into Love or has that problem been fixed? I would still love to see pictures of the two. I also would love to live next door .....it would simply be heaven!!!! Not much housework going on but plenty of beading, drinking coffee, wicked cakes, laughter and just plain good FUN. "Stay warm" and hibernate under your warm blankets and hear from you soon my little polar bear....XXXXOOOOOO

    I love all these interlace videos. I haven't heard of the interlace technique really neat. Has it been around or did you come up with it all. I haven't been on youtube a lot since last year my husband died in Oct 2016 and I didn't care about beading for awhile. I'm trying to get back into it. You like jewelry made in the darker colors which are my favorite. Thanks.

    Awww... the kitty is so cute! I love cats and meeting yours reminded me that I really would like to bead a cat pendant - or maybe earrings. I'm no god designing things though, so Bronzepony do you think you could design a cat for all of us watching your wonderful tutorials? Perhaps the body or the face could be a rivoli og a chaton....

      You can use 3mm bicones, 2mm firepolished beads, 3mm pearls, 8/0 seeds. 4mm bicones won't fit unless you change the weave. I'm thinking of trying that to accommodate the 4mm bicones in a future video 😃

    I really liked your video. I made this ring using 0.5 Stretch Magic Bead and Jewelry Cord. I would love to show you it but it doesn't give me a way to upload a photo. Also I was wondering if I could sell the Stretch Magic Bead and Jewelry Cord version on my website? I want to make then because I suffer from Rheumatoid Arthritis and my hands swell up and sometimes I can't wear regular rings and I know alot of people in the same condition as I am but have it worse then I do and can't wear regular rings, they need the elastic to go over ther swollen knuckles.

    😺😺😺😺 so cute your little new Baby. I love cats, but I can't have one because my son would get some problems (don't know the english word, but I think you know what I mean, he is "Allergiker").
    I love this ring, quick and easy and of course beautiful. I like that it is made with beads we always have at home. Think I will do one or two this weekend.
    May I ask a little question? Ich have got some nickle plated seed beads. I like this colour very much because the silver isn't as bright as the sterling silver, but I 'm afraid of using them in a jewelery peace. I don't want that someone gets skin problems. What do you think?

    • @BronzeponyBeadedJewelry
      @BronzeponyBeadedJewelry  8 років тому +1

      Kerstin Hilgers Thanks Kerstin😍 I am totally loving have another furry thing in the house!!! I use nickel plated often. Some people are allergic to nickel, some are allergic to silver and even gold. So i use all metallics and if I'm selling, I state the metal used. Chris left a novel here for us to read 😃☃️ Enjoy💖

    anyway I have fallen in love with this set and the ring bands are awesome because that's actually what I prefer to wear it's just the band anyway oh I got a question if you use the superduo beads to do the daisy set will you use 11s in the middle of the pedals or 8/0... ?

      Hi Nancy😃 Thanks hun for all your lovely comments💖 I'm not sure using the suoerduo instead of the miniduo will work with the Daisy bracelet. Give it a try! I would still use use 11/0's between the petals🎄🎄🎄☃️

    I would love to make one of these, but my patience is not too good. And no doubt I'd stab myself too many times, I'd end up with blood all over it. I really like the color of Neon Green/Bright Green. If u ever make any type of ring in that color, I would buy it from u.
