- Follow along as I give two beech hedges the first trim of 2021. using the Echo HCR-185ES hedge cutters to get the bushes back into shape. working in the beautiful Kent county side on a damp summers day.
A SHARP CLEAN CUT SIR CHRIS. AS ALWAYS KEEP THY STANDARDS HIGH. 💯👍👍. The Echo Machines are TOP DRAW BROTHER. Regards Jim from J.S.G.S N.IRELAND.
Absolutely Jim. Keen to hear how your getting on with your new Echo trimmers
Good work. Beech hedge will clogg your airfilter in no time. The only positive of all the rain is that it will clean your blade. Will look at echo equipment for the next purchase!
Beech has to be my least favourite to cut. Especially as you say when it's so dusty from being dry ect. Thanks for watching 👍
Love relaxing and watching clips great work lad 👌👌🌟
Thanks Mark. Hope you enjoy my other videos also 👍
Great video and work, I enjoyed that 👌👍👍
Thanks pal 👍
Great job mate ! Would you say echo is up there with stihl ?
Nice...👍.
Very nice Chris. I’ve got a similar one to do this week but about a foot higher. It’s a cottage next to a medieval castle sight in a very quiet village so I’m terrified of using a petrol cutter so I use my Stihl battery extender . The kit looks good though so I’ll consider it when my current Stihl stuff needs replacing. Nice to see your team of helpers - amazing how you manage to kit them all out in identical gear😀
Hi Simon. I would definitely use battery kit for that situation too 👍 i do get a lot of guilt for making noise in peaceful settings. Am very pleased with the Echo kit. I still have a few Stihl bits but just gave my Stihl hs45 away as replaced it with this trimmer. Thanks for watching pal 👍
@@TheCountryCottageGardener always a pleasure Chris. Nice to see a true professional at work and on top of the job, you manage to make such clever videos for us to enjoy. I’m sure that’s a lot of work behind the scenes so all credit to you! I find it hard enough just to do the jobs, mind you, I’m probably around 40 years older than you😀
@@perrysimo1 it's nice that you notice the work that goes into my editing. Tbh I really enjoy the editing and trying to be creative with it. If I couldn't mess about with that side I wouldn't do UA-cam. Believe it or not am knocking close to 40 😂
@@TheCountryCottageGardener I can’t believe that , you look about 30. Must be all that fresh air. I’ve just had my 69th birthday but don’t feel a day over 68.3/4.
@@perrysimo1 🤣🤣 all the fresh air and hard work 😂
nice man
Thanks pal , 👍
Wish I was tall enough to get ladders off my van without the need of a stool 😂
Am so tall I know it's raining 20 mins before most people 😂😂
@@TheCountryCottageGardener 🤣😂
have you noticed how beech becomes overgrown almost overnight 👍
Most definitely. This one is booked in this winter for a side reduction. It's got far to wide in places.
@@TheCountryCottageGardener likewise mate I have a couple to reduce in height at the back end 👍
Great video them echotools are working hard great set up now mate 👍 how's the aspen fuel working out?
Thanks Paul. I've got a full review on the Aspen coming up but so far it's mostly positive
Good work mate. Where is your Echo discount code? 🤣
Haha, that would be nice. I'll ask them for one 😂
