I think she should definitely pursue her dream of acting. My thoughts on the way the monologue was preformed was interesting, I was engaged, I thought she could have put more of herself into it, it seemed animated not like a real person "to me." But that maybe what Liana was going for. Another great thing is the confidence she has and she is present during her monologue. Also she does not pause to remember her lines which is awesome because she is ranting as the character should be.
+Selina Rocha Thanks love.. interesting looking back at this video... its' been almost 5 years since I posted this.. back when I first started acting...seeing this, I can't believe how much I have grown as an artist - that is a very valuable and truthful note! ;)
hehe I did this same monologue for my theater midterm today! It was such a fun monologue - especially because I love doing comedy. It's fun watching how other people interpret it too! Nice! ;)
Call me a terrible person for saying so, but this monologue's only redeeming quality is the actress. She seems to be hindered by the monologue, and instead of being able to use it as a tool to aid in the showcasing of her talent she's forced to simply "make it work." I would like to see her perform something else. Maybe something which allows her to actually perform to the best of her ability. Sorry for being a jerk, but this monologue has genuinely upset me with how poorly written it is.

Not gonna lie. I hate this monologue. I think it's wildly over done. But this actually got me to laugh. Good job.
