You did very well young dude, proud of you! Especially considering the equipment you have available. Which by the way is fine. Nothing wrong with that, and you're obviously learning how to get the most out of it. Just like us older rockers used to. I think you're doing it right. There's something wrong with beginners starting out with pro quality equipment. When you start out modest, you will learn the value of what you have and appreciate the upgrades when they come. Trust me, you're right on track. Its good to see young talented players taking on the greats like Rhoads and van Halen. Speaking of, do you think you might tackle his tone some day? Subbed. Thank you for the inspiration. Happy 4th.
EXCELLENT VIDEO. I love how you break it down. I also love how you are getting the tone you hear with the equipment you have. Much respect. Liked and subbed.
LOL. Once again I couldn't agree more with you and low and behold that's the exact setting I use but treble to 7. Keep up the good work! Love what you're doing. 🤘
on my helix i run a jumped plexi which both channels are dimed then i lower the bass down around 3 to 4 then mid like 7 and treble about 8 to 9 per my preference. then ill clean boost the signal before the amp and then when if needed a super dist next another key is i do a dual cab his speaker choice matters with the altecs over celestians as well. my tone is like a mix of evh and rhoads of my own flavors. then i often double track the part with that again or a jcm800 tone to fatten it up some but thats me taking the ideas and tweaking them to what i like
So would you say this is more of the blizzard of ozz album sound or more like the live tribute sound just want to know before I get the eband js10 which I’ve seen you could get more of a live Randy sound with that

Controlling the distortion is the key...I don't like the bass on either... it sounds cleaner! Good sound, bro! Need a reverb...

I went with the tone off Blizzard, I've been working on the tribute tone recently though 🤘
@@PeytonSpearsMusic right on man hope to see the tribute album sound soon
Sick haircut dude🔥🔥

Guys i think this dude likes Randy
I’m 14 and I just started playing guitar (seriously) about 1.5 years ago and I am absolutely no where near Randy’s skill level but I’m trying 🙏😭
You'll get there, man, just keep practicing everyday, I know it sounds cliche, but it's worth it, guitar is the greatest thing in the world 🤘
@@PeytonSpearsMusic i try to be consistent in my practicing but it doesn’t always work out 😅 but I agree that guitar is the greatest thing ever
Thanks for the video very helpful. Everyone wants you to buy all kinds of crap
Is that a Jackson JS 11 bro?
