What a humble request
This cover holds a very special meaning for me.
My parents were fighting a whole lot, when I was little. And each time they did, I ran straight to my room, rolled into blankets, covered my ears as much as I possibly could and started to sing, so I could not hear them.
After 10 years, and by discovering Aurora, I’ve started to remember my past and noticed, that there is a lot that needs to be healed. When I listen to her, I feel like a 5 y/o me.

This came on an autoplay list - I finally heard the lyrics to this beautiful song. Aurora unlocked all the emotion that was lost in the original song due to the fast paced pop rhythm that was pasted on it. Just my opinion - but this is the first time I truly understood the meaning of this song.

This cover and the original song are totally contradict with one other in the way they were delivered. But, meant to say the same thing, i liked the little boy featured in the song, but this one made me wonder how can only two person make this wonder with a single instrument, that is mesmerising, Aurora's ability to change different tones in a single song makes us to feel that, there is lot involved in the song. And the guitarist himself helped to elevate the output. I just downloaded it to add to my playlist.

Yes, Aurora brings a whole lot to the world! I'm very new to Aurora and just discovered her emotional cover of this Oasis' song. Aurora has directly skyrocket toward the top of my favorite artists list, in fact is only behind 18 year old singer / acoustic guitar playing Nikki Henskens on my personal list. The ironic thing here is that Nikki also covered this very song, 6 years ago when she was 12 and her sensational, emotional cover of "La La La" was one of the reasons I began following her career. Neat how both artists really made the song their own! Nikki Henskens version is also available on UA-cam; she is in the Netherlands. Very Best of Wishes to you! R.U.in St.Louis,Mo.

whenever I listen to this song I get really strong imagery of this:
Two faceless parents arguing in a dark, slightly run-down house, then the camera pans to two scared looking kids playing with toys. The arguing heats up to a full on screaming match and gets violent. The kids, (an older girl, six years old) and her little brother (four years old) are on the verge of tears and the little brother looks up at his sister with the saddest eyes. The sister makes a snap decision and grabs her little brothers hand, causing him to drop his toy, and runs with him out of the house and into the dark and snowy forest. There they wander and wander until they're shivering and can't go any further. The little girl takes off her jacket and wraps it around her brother, putting her hands over his ears to try and warm him up, and rubbing his hands. The little boy falls asleep in his sisters arms, lips turning blue, and the sister holds him as tightly as she can until she too, falls asleep.
