I have listened to hundreds of teachers, starting with Dr. Wayne Dyer back in the late 80’s. I’ve gained little nuggets of truth from each and cherish all. Rupert has a way of gathering all those nuggets that have been discovered then puts them all in a pile in front of you and burns them all down to one simple indistinguishable nugget of truth revealing the entirety of the teaching...
I cannot express how valuable these Rupert Spira compilations have been to me. Thank you so much for compiling them, and even catagorising them for us. I work nightshifts, and I have listened to countless hours of your videos as I work, and it brings me great joy. Whilst I find them helpful, using them as pointers, I also find the whole topic to be the most interesting thing imaginable. Rupert Spira is an absolutely excellent teacher.
"Ask yourself: Where is seeing taking place? And what is the experience of seeing made of? Where is hearing taking place? What is hearing made of? Where is thinking taking place? What is thinking made of? ...." Thankyou, Rupert. Thankyou, Alan 🙏🏼
I know I don’t need to say it but this is another PROFOUND compilation. I just found myself shaking my head in both some sort of disbelief and recognition at the same time. Where else is there this clear a teaching? Where? If someone listens to this and insists that there is something erroneous with it, what would be more… truthful? What would that possibly be? Maybe it’s my crippled imagination but I cannot imagine or conceive of what it would even begin to look like. This teaching issuing forth through Rupert is the end of all seeking. It’s humbling and exciting, isn’t it?
I really like this one! Each of these videos comes with its own flavor! I fail to understand how one can’t see the absolute beauty in between these words! Can’t thank you enough Alan 🙏
so good , thank you so much , there are some really important realisations in their , thank you for your time and energy for creating them . much peace love and gratitude
Hi Alan! This is such a profound video. Especially for someone struggling to reconcile the lingering duality and separateness after the "who am I ?" enquiry. Your videos have helped me in this stage of merging. Thank You! :-)
@@alanneachell9092 I have been listening to Rupert's videos for some time now and what you say is indeed true. To pick out such gems needs time, do you make use of existing material or are you a regular attendee of his retreats? Anyways, please keep doing the good work, it helps many like myself. ☺
I've never been to a retreat and only met him once. I subscribe to his audios and edit sections out and make them into these compilations. Rupert knows about them and has given his blessings.
I am literally holding my head in my hands as my brains frontal lobes have started to buzz like crazy after listening to this, mind cracked...mind blown! Thankyou Alan & Rupert ✨👏🙏
Remembering when I used to listen to these in hope of enlightenment 😁 Anyways these are beautiful, you are adding a fulfilling backround to ruperts energy 🦚🙂
Not much is written specifically about becoming established in our true selves but Ruperts meditation contemplations on the body are really powerful. Of course the main way is to recognise our transparent knowing for short moments many times until it becomes constant amidst all circumstances. I'll try to think of, or find a written source. 🙏
You are consciousness but if you knew everything you could not know particular appearances. However each appearance is a representation of reality as a whole, much like a hologram. You, Consciousness and appearance are not two.
I like the metaphor of the camera that focuses and unfocuses. But I wonder if there is a mechanism behind the focussing and unfocussing of consciousness. I, awareness, am 'letting it happen' somehow. About the fact that everything is made of the knowing of it and everything else that I believe to be me and my world is added by thought: sometimes this dawns so hard on me that I get scared to death. I then do feel like a beautiful snowflake, melting away and then vapourising completely. There's a sense of deep loss in that. I can't appreciate that experiences, it feels to deep into consciousness
Rupert describes this as forgetting for the sake of creativity. In my experience there is actually no need to have a reason for my appearance. I feel Rupert does it as a concession to the questioner who wants to know.
@@alanneachell9092 The metaphor is the problem here. I see in my imagination somebody turning the camera lense from unfocused to focussed and than I project that on to consciousness. As if there must be someone changing the focus by choice. 👼 My poor human mind is having a hard time catching up 😋
You're doing great but metaphors can bring confusion as well as clarity. I find that most of us are looking for black and white answers where, actually there are non. Thanks for your great comments. 💕
Thanks alan ! I just wanted to ask what is the ego? Is it something seperate from awareness or is it the activity of awareness? Is it a thing or a process ?
@@alanneachell9092 So in actuality there is only awareness that is modifying itself into the sense of separation and we call it ego.So any effort to try to get rid of an ego will be ego itself
We may need to see this more than once. Once it becomes obvious we should begin acting in the world from that knowing understanding. The compilation called post awakening sadhana is good for that process.

Hi Alan,
Where can I read/know more about "Establishment Process" that's mentioned in this compilation?

As limitless consciousness, why cant I know everything? Or can I? The answer has something to do with focusing, or maybe everything to do with it?

Is this from his retreat? This is what I needed today, now. Thank you .
It's from various retreats 🙏💕
Is there a youtube clip or buyable copy of the meditation that Rupert was referring to at the end of this clip as the 'establishment process'?
Check out my compilation called investigation via the five senses. I think that is what you are looking for.

Ego is a label for the sense of separation or individuality.
There is no actual entity called ego.
🙏

Correct. All we have to do is see clearly that there is no separate self.
