    Awareness is big enough to hold it all. And all that awareness holds is itself. All that it holds is knowing, which is an activity of awareness.
    There is only one of us here.

    Wowsa! Thanks Alan, your videos keep popping up at the right time. This one was phenomenal in collapsing the sense or perception of separateness or "out there." I still feel the chills in my body now that a new realization has hit that all arisings in my life "out there" is no other then consciousness, no other than myself the 'Self."

    Yes. Everything is inside,thoughts and matter. But you can make it quieter by removing the outside noise by walking away from it.

      suman joshi the one that walks away is also inside 😉.
      You, awareness, never goes anywhere. I'm posting a talk on movement next week.

    Rupert is a master in expressing such profound talks. There is one thing that i don't understand in what he said in this video : If hearing is not inside of me, then for example, how come i know the relative distance of a train by hearing his sound ?

    • @alanneachell9092
      @alanneachell9092  6 років тому +5

      Peace Seeker All the concepts such as trains, aeroplanes, church bells, space, distance and time are overlays on direct experience. All experience is actually experienced in the same place less place. The concepts can still be used but they no longer tie us into an overbearing physical universe. Notice that if you don't refer to memory, a sound happens in the same place as a thought in your direct experience. 🙂
