  • As the title says.
    Meditation is a skill, and that's probably the better option for mental health, but if you particularly struggle with it because your mind is down the DEEP END of brain rot, you can practice just doing nothing for a bit, particularly realizing that the bad habits you do are a product of loneliness, hanging out with friends can potentially lower the need for constantly hearing other peoples voices.
    You know, if you ACTUALLY hear other peoples voices that should be healthier haha.
