Putting a folding plastic screen always exposed on the outside was absolutely idiotic. And Huawei has made this same stupid mistake TWICE! 🤦😑 (See the OG Mate X/Xs)
I’d actually argue that, at least for the clamshell flip phone style models, the technology has matured enough. Most phones of that type like the Galaxy Z Flip have kinda settled on a specific design and simply improved things like water and dust resistance as well as increase the durability of the thin glass they use for the folding displays as well as the plastic protective covers they use over such. Something like that “triple” fold Huawei phone however, there’s a reason why the book type foldables still stick to folding in and out once.
I'm watching on my Huawei P30... 4 years later and still holding up strong. Foldable phones are not a realistic proposition. No-one with common sense buys them from any brand.

come on, he can sell them to idiots in the states
Chinese manufacturing can spot a sucker everytime 🇨🇳
Old tech, there's a reason why Samsung didn't produce the tri fold.
it looks like Honor is now the old Huawei and now Huawei has become Wiko
Seriously, do they really care about quality of their phone at all instead of social media brainwash on brand?
Apparently they don't have a QC department
China keeps taking massive L's
This is basically taxes for the foolish believing in unicorn.
Putting a folding plastic screen always exposed on the outside was absolutely idiotic. And Huawei has made this same stupid mistake TWICE! 🤦😑 (See the OG Mate X/Xs)
No warranty or returns?
their excuse is that there is a part of the phone they didn't copy from the West and that's very new for them
where can i buy from the reseller at slashed price?
I don’t feel sorry for any of them, all the tri fold is, a show off piece, everyone buying it was looking for attention, well now they have it.
Other tech companies have research and development(R & D) while China own state tech companies have research and cheap parts(R & CP)
This is why Apple doesn't make foldable phones. They know the technology is not mature yet.
A dvd case is sturdier than that phone
Will you buy Huawel's other products too?
i won't buy huawei..
Have they not tested it before selling it?
I'm watching on my Huawei P30... 4 years later and still holding up strong. Foldable phones are not a realistic proposition. No-one with common sense buys them from any brand.
I wanna see the face of those ppl who said “iphone suck, look we have trifold phone hahaha”. Let’s just say, there’s a reason not every brands jump into the foldables market.
The original iPhone was the best. I dropped that thing a zillion times and the screen never broke.

And then every model from the 4 onward was made of tissue paper.
New phone with 5 year old chip? Pass.
It's so weird 😕 do they not stress test the products before releasing?
I remember when the first gen foldables came into the market. Lots of issues. If you bought the first trifold expecting no issues whatsoever, you deserve everything that came to you
