Welcome back Lauren! I love those chickens!! Boy that sandwich looks incredible. Just a tip, if you prune some of the leaves of your tomato bushes it will help ripen them quicker. Don't take them all, just the ones around the bunches and they do not ripen all at once. That is totally normal, you did nothing wrong. Oh and as far as I know a jalapeño that has turned red is a little hotter. Take care!!
