Thank you. But how can I change the color of the area OUTSIDE the document in print layout? To a soft blue for instance, to have a bit more contrast on the screen.
That is a great question! Unfortunately, I don't believe Word offers a way to change the interface to a specific color such as blue. I hope Microsoft provides that option in the future!
How do I change the colour of the background surrounding/behind the page? Usually it's grey, but I had to reinstall the program and now that background is black, and I don't know how to change it.

Yours was the only one to do so, although I have to say, it's decidedly cumbersome, MSW's fault, not yours. I had previously used Quark Xpress as a page-lout program where I could easily change the background on a formatted page color. Guess I. can't do that with MSW. Tried. Couldn't. Had a peek at your other offerings. Just subbed. Thank you.

I was using my word app on my Macbook Air (version 16.67) and it doesn't have a "file" tab in the bar and there wasn't an options tab in the built in Mac file tab or anywhere else I could see. So I logged into Word online instead, but came to find (after a bunch of hassle sharing my document with myself since they don't sync for some reason) that my border and background colors were gone and there is no "design" tab on the web version to be found. So disappointed and frustrated...any suggestions, please?

Word will automatically duplicate the image if it is not big enough to cover the whole page. I want to change to imagine, but when i did, the imagine is multipled, not full page

It doesn't work for me. I can find and do that command but it never works, and the page always stays white.
