How to make Jorda / Zarda on the stove

First fill a pot with water and boil the rice with food color, cardamom, bay leaves, cinnamon and cook 70% of the rice.
Then strain the water and, in another pot, heat the crushed fruit with sugar. Then add cooked rice and cook. 80% of the rice should be cooked.
When its aroma comes out add milk and ghee and mix it all together then keep it on low flame till the oil comes out.
Once the Jorda is done, garnish with dry fruits, almonds and baby sweet and serve hot and enjoy!
