- Hi guys! This song means a lot to me, and is very nostalgic. In 2020 I used to play Cod Warzone a lot, and I had this song on my playlist, every time it would come on I’d just lose myself while playing with my friends. Every time I hear this song, I imagine it slowed while me and my friends operators ride on a helicopter, and I just really miss that era. So I decided to slow it now that I have an audio editor, and the nostalgia really hit hard.

I like so much this music. A lot of people will said this music is repetitive, but it has so many elements that even though it has 2 chords it is still wonderful. Thank you for the slowed version 🙏🙏
Exactly! Even though I’ve moved on to heavier music such as post hardcore and metalcore, I have soft spot for Modjo and Daft Punk. They got me through the hell that was 2020 and I made very fond memories playing games with my online friends on call of duty while listening to them. And no problem :)

What is so special about it? Two simple chords the whole song?
Lady from Modjo is far more technically interesting to play on a Fender.
It’s not about how technical it is, its the emotional value of it that does it for me. Anyhow, lady by modjo is the same chord shape throughout the same song, you are only changing your ring finger and pinky fingers positioning by a little bit the whole time. This song may only be 2 octave chords, but the progression of the backing track has a lot to do with my live for this song as well. Synth, Bass, etc.
@@SuicideSeason4545 thanks for the info. I found 'Lady' at least a bit tricky for the fingers (esp. pinky) when I tried to practise it last time. But it's a great funky chord to play on the Fender Stratocaster. The clean sound of the Fender is just perfect. Not much effects needed.
@@martin81bayernis a bit strenuous since holding the same chord shape and shifting fingers causes a cramp for me, especially since it’s a barre chord. I play it on a Univox hi flier which is basically Japanese knock off that feels like a Jaguar if if was made by Gibson, since my Stratocaster is set up in Drop G# lol. Fun fact, both lady and and chillin sample Chic!
