Hello I see that Muller provides a 4% speed increase. Have you considered Conrad Helfrich for a 3% speed boost and a 5% AA DPS increase?
It has a rather high skill floor because it's slow, sluggish, has a huge superstructure, no tops and shimanto level of dpm If you can predict well with the bombs and not get deva stricken by a bb I think you'll be fine
It's not competitive, I'd much rather have torps then the air drops in almost any situation, the fun is in the commanders skill that boost damage % to a maximum of 50%
