  • In this video I'll show you how to make Edible Flexible Flower Paste/Rice Clay. This recipe for making cake decorations that stay flexible for a very long time.     Also you can make cake toppers (like chain, phone cable, hair...)
    Rice Clay is more resistant to humidity and will not melt as quickly. Rice Clay also remains flexible for a long time, depending on the level of humidity in the air! This means that handmade flowers can be made less breakable! Flexibility will last up to 2-3 weeks (sometimes longer or shorter depending on climate).

    40 grams White Rice Flour
    30 grams Sweet Rice Flour
    2 Tablespoons Food grade Glycerin
    3 Tablespoons Water
    60 grams Cornstarch
    30 grams Tapioca Flour
    1 Tablespoon Shortening
    3 Tablespoons Light Clear Corn Syrup
