You.missed the Tram & the entertainment River eating areas & Epaseo all in Palm Desert. Alot more to see !! The 2 casinos on either side & the outlet stores.
Some parts of Joshua Tree Park looks like the rocks of the Flintstones. Beautiful place to visit in the winter when there's lots of snow. But be careful for nasty thrones and stickers.🏜 Pizza place is off 62 and Yucca Trail in YUCCA VALLEY is AWESOME! ❤ 😋👍💦🍕 SAVE PIECES FOR YOUR HIKE OR DRIVE.
after 35 years of visiting Palm Springs I moved here in Feb 2020....right as the shutdown happened :-( Still glad I made the move but sure dashed life plans. At least things are getting back on track. Especially looking forward to the Thursday night street fair. Just looked and the Tram is sold out through mid-june.
Awesome camera shots! I want to take my drone out to bombay beach, looks like a neat place to fly. Would you recommend going there early to avoid people?
Thanks so much! While we can only speak to what it was like in March, yes, we would recommend going early if you want to get lots of pictures and videos without people. However, if you don't mind some here and there, it's not extremely crowded and you can just wait for people to pass by.
We went in February so it was really cold so we had thick jeans and tough hiking boots so we weren't too concerned though we did keep an eye out when we were walking. In non-freezing months I would definitely be more cautious. There are a lot of paths and trails so if you stick to those you should be fine.
what else to do in Palm Springs besides Coachella? This statement is funny. 20 years ago no one knew where Coachella was (actually the festival is in Indio, not Coachella).. Coachella was/is date fields, mostly Mexican immigrants/Mexican-Americans live there.
My town! Love it! ⚡⚡

@@hoangpham Cool, planning on going early spring next year. Looking forward to it!!!!
Awesome video! How long did it take you to plan the trip?
Thank you! Took about a week's worth of planning and looking into the area to make it happen.
Great work on the video. Looking forward to seeing more. Do travel along together with us on our channel too!
Is it worth visiting in the winter?
Yes it is! Just bundle up because it's COLD!
Aerial tramway. Play in snow.
Were you at all concerned about the rattle snake, tarantula or scorpion situation at all when you were out hiking at Joshua tree and other places?
