I figured it could be used on anything but I have had problems with those kinds in the past

It always works for me, it doesn't specify what coupons you use on the receipt
The Ibotta Rimmel coupon doesn’t allow you to use other coupons just fyi. They see the coupon on your receipt and you won’t get it back
I got approved for it, that's why I say it's up to your discretion. Also on the wags receipt it doesn't specify what coupon, it just says ecpn.
