[KRONE, AgriPark Oberbayern, Lohnunternehmen Waldinger] NEW KRONE Premos 5000 & FENDT Vario 942 S5

🇩🇪 Ich durfte für euch mit der Kamera, eine wirkliche Rarität begleiten. Hier bei handelt sich es um die Krone Premos 5000. Die Krone Premos 5000 ist die weltweit erste mobile Pelletpresse, welche für den Feldeinsatz sowie auch als für den stationären Einsatz genutzt werden kann. Durch 2 gegeneinander
laufende und ineinander greifende Matrizenwalzen, die abwechselnd mit Zahn- und Lochmatrizenreihen bestückt sind können Pellets einer Länge von 15 bis 40mm und einen Durchmesser von 16mm bei einem Druck von bis zu 2000 bar, werden die Pellets gepresst. Bei diesem Verfahren entsteht eine Hitze von 70 bis zu 100°C, dennoch beträgt der Kubikmeter ungefähr 600-700 Kg Material der Premos. Auf die Dosierung durch einen Zusatz von Wasser oder Öl wurde verzichtet, um das reine Produkt, den Strohpellets, in der Viehhaltung zu testen. Die Krone Premos 5000 hat ein Bunkervolumen von 9 Kubikmetern. Das Konzept "Premos" stellte Krone auf der Agritechnica 2015 vor, dort wo sie dann eine goldene Medaille bekam. Damals noch als 1 achsige Pelletpresse mit einem 5 Kubikmeter Bunkervolumen. In diesem Einsatz wurde die Pelletpresse sowie der Zuführungstisch über das eigenentwickelte Bedienterminal "Krone CCI 1200" gesteuert. Vorgespannt war das Topmodell der neuen Fendt Vario 900er Serie, dem Fendt Vario 942 S5, welcher dem regionalen Lohnunternehmen Lorenz Waldinger gehört. Der Fendt Vario 942 S5 war an der Pelletpresse gut unter Last.
