Just another federal gun grab; the ATF can't seize weapons, so they're trying defacto federalize the police so that the ATF can worm its way into police databases for people caught with the switches and/or records of background checks of law-abiding citizens.
The Glock Switch law will target anyone who owns a Glock or similar product, whether they're law-abiding or not.
Otherwise, why else would the ATF need state laws to prosecute their own federal laws of criminals in possession of the switches?
Why are the police afraid of these switches rather than black market guns? Superior firepower should the police become tyrannical
They are using the auto sears as a ploy to go after FRT triggers.
Only the dumbest of criminals will put that on their gun. You can't hit a damn thing with it. It's uncontrollable. And they're automatically adding a federal crime Charge to all the other charges.

Why because of the Size? Dracos, Aks, and other automatic weapons are legal. And Glocks wit switches usually have big magazines anyway due tonthe expenditure rate
