New Jersey's attorney general charges an influential Democratic power broker with racketeering

- New Jersey Democratic power broker George E. Norcross III was charged Monday with racketeering and other crimes in connection with a waterfront redevelopment and the use of government-issued tax credits.
At a news conferenced in Trenton, New Jersey Attorney General Matt Platkin accused Norcross, a former Democratic National Committee member and onetime head of the Camden County Democratic Party, of leading a criminal enterprise. Five alleged co-conspirators also were indicted.
The defendants are Norcross, 68, of Palm Beach, Florida; his brother Philip A. Norcross, 61, of Philadelphia, a New Jersey lawyer; George Norcross's longtime lawyer William M. Tambussi, 61, of Brigantine, New Jersey; Camden Community Partnership chief executive and former Camden Mayor Dana L. Redd, 56, of Sicklerville, New Jersey; Sidney R. Brown, 67, of Philadelphia, chief executive of trucking and logistics company NFI; and development company executive John J. O'Donnell, 61, of Newtown, Pennsylvania.

💰 Well if that’s so, than that’s nothing compared to the dear leader and how much he charges. Look at the $25 million a year he’s getting from “Investing“ 2b From another government. Look at all the money he got from ambassadors and lobbyists that stayed at his wonderful hotel, and isn’t that such a coincidence that once he left town after he lost let the people who loved his hotel stop staying there so the room prices actually plummeted because people weren’t staying there anymore with the idea to influence him in “pay to play”. And I’m sure when his sons were negotiating contracts while he was sitting in the big house, those governments would not have given his sons good offers just because they wanted to keep the chief executive of the country in a positive mood. That definitely would never of happened.
He was supposed to end all the “pay to play“, but he just ended up being the woman he originally ran against on steroids. And it’s crazy to me that all the people who have bought his rusty used car convince themselves that the fresh spray paint paint job that’s chipping off already is not proof of that.
