Dr Mir Jaffar is talking about the astonishing case of baby birth after 54 years of marriage by a couple where the husband and wife are 75 and 70 years respectively. As per him, it is implausible that the baby is theirs genetically. Also, according to the ASRM guidelines, the procedure of IVF is not preferred for couples above the age of 50+.
