What would you advise condo or independent homes in same price range
Hi Vikram! It all depends on your lifestyle and home goals. For some, a condo with no maintenance and ideal downtown proximity is the most important. On the flip side, although a home in this price range will certainly be more distanced from the downtown core and come with more maintenance costs, some will prefer having a yard space, and more "independent" living. Historically homes have appreciated in value more in Edmonton, but as our downtown evolves so too may our condo prices so both could be an investment opportunity as well.
