To treat everyone as Jesus taught us. Love one another. It is not my place to judge. I am to love. So, to show love and treat others with kindness is what I seek to do each day. It may not solve the problems, but it might bring a little love to someone who feels unloved.

We often disagree on many topics but we’re still good friends because our friendship is based on RESPECT for each other. That’s what kept it alive for so many years. We often discuss this♥️

If I could change one thing in the world, I would eliminate racism and bigotry. I have a son-in-law who is African American and a bi-racial granddaughter. I worry for my son-in-law's safety every time he walks out the door, and I would hate to see my granddaughter, who I Iove with all of my heart, ever suffer any form of racism. I wish I could say we have made progress in this country when it comes to racism, but I don't believe we have. I pray for their safety every night.

If I could change the world I would put flowers of all colours all over the planet, I will put a smile in everybody's face and I would eliminate racism. Hi Sandra, thanks for this! If I could change one thing, it would be to give everyone the means (energy, time, resources, space) to find and explore their innate interests and passions. Everyone has a unique contribution to make to the world, but we get sidetracked and distracted with other concerns (e.g. the need to generate an income to secure our most basic needs) that obscure what really matters to us.
I believe there's a kind of trifecta of love, kindness, and respect that would hugely change the world. I could write an entire essay on this, but if you consider these three things, they bring to mind endless possibilities. ❤

Greed…big corporations and even our own politicians and government seem only to care about the mighty dollar. This mentality is causing so many problems within the U.S.
Sandra I give you BIG time respect for bringing up acceptance an awareness of mental illness because I suffer from PTSD, OCD, high anxiety etc I’m 42 and have had these conditions since childhood because of verbal abuse and witnessing my Fathers suicide etc so many people think because I usually “ look” fine on the outside that’s I’m ok but they have NO clue what’s going on on the inside, more education is needed and parents need to teach their children respect for others because verbal abuse starts in close minded, uneducated people, thanks Sandra and I always enjoy your content 😀😘😘

I honestly didn't really start to see what good people (outside my family) looked like let alone friends until I was in my middle school days as time goes on i meant with a friend she became a good friend We Started a conversation, Picking up on social cues, Following social rules, Listening to others, We were open to trying new things, Pursue common interests and Make the effort to stay in touch..
I was able to visit her when i was facing a big problem she was able to Introduced me to her Fin.Advisor who made me realized that the secret to making a million is making better investment. I always tell myself you don't need that new car or that vacation just yet and that mindset helps me make more money investing.

Beautiful video, you are so inspiring with your videos. I would change the way most children are being raised. They do not seem to learn to be kind, to be giving, to pay attention to the world around them. We already have a whole generation of young adults that are selfish, frustrated and spoiled and now they are teaching their children no values as they have not learned them. The respect for others is gone. Us as seniors were taught these life lessons, the generations now are not equipped for life.

I would encourage conversation around the dinner table and have a jar with many topics to talk about and require a vocal comment from each person occupying a chair. Hi Sandra- It was a bit shocking to me to hear that at a dinner party, a man would say his wish to change the world for the better would be “ to get rid of feminism”- everything he described about his wish is exactly what “feminism” is- maybe I misunderstood and he was saying he wished it was automatic that woman were treated equally in their lives and personal freedoms as men? I tend to want to change everybody and everything around me without having to change myself! But it has to start with me, and what can I change about myself? My height, my skin color, my life circumstances? I can probably change my health by improving my diet and exercising, but what I really have to change is my thinking, because that's where it starts. By banishing the negatives, the shame and the blame, I can focus on the positive and the hopeful. From there I can reach out to others, and encourage them to do likewise.

My daughter is a psychiatric nurse practitioner, and she says that we are harming a generation of young people with social media and the ridiculous beauty standards and standards in general that women are held too. She says that she sees young people harming themselves because they feel unaccepted or inadequate. Why do we all have to argue and hate and judge. I live in a neighborhood of so much diversity and amazing humans. We don’t judge, we care for each other, we don’t just clean in front of our home but we do our neighbors. We celebrate each other and we love each others uniqueness and differences. Some of us have different political views or different religions but we just spread of love! Bless him he was only 15 yrs old. At first the doctor had thought he had suffered A brain injury whereby a small bone in his head Was pressing on a nerve. I could go on and on. The bottom line Was he died there at age 33yrs. He was the kindest Person I ever knew (R.I.P. Shaun)😥 Mary Canada 🍁

If I could change one thing in the world, I would eliminate racism and bigotry. I have a son-in-law who is African American and a bi-racial granddaughter. I worry for my son-in-law's safety every time he walks out the door, and I would hate to see my granddaughter, who I Iove with all of my heart, ever suffer any form of racism. I wish I could say we have made progress in this country when it comes to racism, but I don't believe we have. I pray for their safety every night.
I would like to see the whole world working together for the common good, not for profit.

If I could change the world I would put flowers of all colours all over the planet, I will put a smile in everybody's face and I would eliminate racism. I have never understood why certain people are not allowed to work, to relate or to use some premises just because their skin colour or the place of birth or their cast. I was raised in England and there we have total respect for women and they have occupied all levels of work from lowest levels to the highest positions.
I would want all of us to live in harmony and strive to lift each other up, instead of tearing each other apart.

Hi Sandra, thanks for this! If I could change one thing, it would be to give everyone the means (energy, time, resources, space) to find and explore their innate interests and passions. Everyone has a unique contribution to make to the world, but we get sidetracked and distracted with other concerns (e.g. the need to generate an income to secure our most basic needs) that obscure what really matters to us.
I believe there's a kind of trifecta of love, kindness, and respect that would hugely change the world. I could write an entire essay on this, but if you consider these three things, they bring to mind endless possibilities. ❤

I would change people's attitude to dogs. I wish people understand the complex emotions they feel. That they feel fear and worry. That they know when they aren't loved. If people that abused animals could change, that would also change how they behaved to other humans.

Sandra I give you BIG time respect for bringing up acceptance an awareness of mental illness because I suffer from PTSD, OCD, high anxiety etc I’m 42 and have had these conditions since childhood because of verbal abuse and witnessing my Fathers suicide etc so many people think because I usually “ look” fine on the outside that’s I’m ok but they have NO clue what’s going on on the inside, more education is needed and parents need to teach their children respect for others because verbal abuse starts in close minded, uneducated people, thanks Sandra and I always enjoy your content 😀😘😘

I honestly didn't really start to see what good people (outside my family) looked like let alone friends until I was in my middle school days as time goes on i meant with a friend she became a good friend We Started a conversation, Picking up on social cues, Following social rules, Listening to others, We were open to trying new things, Pursue common interests and Make the effort to stay in touch..
I was able to visit her when i was facing a big problem she was able to Introduced me to her Fin.Advisor who made me realized that the secret to making a million is making better investment. I always tell myself you don't need that new car or that vacation just yet and that mindset helps me make more money investing.

Beautiful video, you are so inspiring with your videos. I would change the way most children are being raised. They do not seem to learn to be kind, to be giving, to pay attention to the world around them. We already have a whole generation of young adults that are selfish, frustrated and spoiled and now they are teaching their children no values as they have not learned them. The respect for others is gone. Us as seniors were taught these life lessons, the generations now are not equipped for life.
Communities. Even 20 years ago in my town it was much more prevalent. A feeling of community. Belonging. Looking out for one another's children, etc.

Oh wow! That's a hard one Sandra, chosen only one. However, what immediately came to mind was the ugliness of foul language. What could otherwise be a classy men or women it's taken away, especially with that f word. I would encourage conversation around the dinner table and have a jar with many topics to talk about and require a vocal comment from each person occupying a chair. Hi Sandra- It was a bit shocking to me to hear that at a dinner party, a man would say his wish to change the world for the better would be “ to get rid of feminism”- everything he described about his wish is exactly what “feminism” is- maybe I misunderstood and he was saying he wished it was automatic that woman were treated equally in their lives and personal freedoms as men?

I tend to want to change everybody and everything around me without having to change myself! But it has to start with me, and what can I change about myself? My height, my skin color, my life circumstances? I can probably change my health by improving my diet and exercising, but what I really have to change is my thinking, because that's where it starts. By banishing the negatives, the shame and the blame, I can focus on the positive and the hopeful. From there I can reach out to others, and encourage them to do likewise.

My daughter is a psychiatric nurse practitioner, and she says that we are harming a generation of young people with social media and the ridiculous beauty standards and standards in general that women are held too. She says that she sees young people harming themselves because they feel unaccepted or inadequate. Why do we all have to argue and hate and judge.
I live in a neighborhood of so much diversity and amazing humans. We don’t judge, we care for each other, we don’t just clean in front of our home but we do our neighbors. We celebrate each other and we love each others uniqueness and differences. Some of us have different political views or different religions but we just spread of love!
