Hello mam… wanna ask that do we only have to prep the thing written in the syllabus..suppose in motivation chap there are many topics such as porter and lawless model, reinforcement theory, social learning theory, goal setting theory which are not given in syllabus but covered in coaching materials.. so pls tell that how important are these theory or the topic not in the syllabus can we leave them or should we cover all of them… pls do reply mam…
These are generally the schemes which are launched by central govt ministries and are for a longer duration (3 years or more). You can refer to previous year questions and also follow some course provider’s channel where the govt schemes are covered for free on UA-cam.

I have used both techniques in different attempts and honestly, highlighting the pdf notes saved me a lot of time.
Sometimes writing/making hand notes also remember by our muscle memory
