Humans can adapt to a lot of situations, Hakari is a ride or die so she'll go with whatever Rentaro does, Karane will probably just get used to it after one or two more, Shizuka is not used to even having friends so let's just be glad that Rentaro is the one that's gonna date her and not someone abusive. XD
Ridiculous premise that works although Rentarou is sweet and adorable. Hakari is down bad but very supportive. Shizuka definitely seems to have a more serious arc or story that will be further developed
Brazilian writer Nelson Rodrigues wrote a series of short stories called "A vida como ela é", which can be translated as "Life the way it is" or "Raw Life". basically, it is a bunch of mostly tragic stories exposing the hipocrisy of Rio de Janeiro society in the late 50's and early 60's. In one of his stories, the guy needs to have dinner twice every night. Once so he doesn't upset his mistress and the second time so that his wife doesn't get suspicions. He gains a lot of weight and ultimately takes his own life one night when both of them make the same extremely heavy dish. It's my favourite story of the series and this reminded me of it.
Can you imagine when he gets to 100? His adulthood? How is he going to pay for them all and all the kids too. He will single handedly repopulate Japan.
He just needs a girlfriend from the gouvernement and he’ll be fine. Problems with taxes? Just date the IRS. Problems with the state? Just date the President. Problems with an alien invasion? Just date the extraterrestrial overlord.

And Hot Staggering SHIT!! Rentaro is on another level! He typed an entire book worth of Frikin' Kanji WITH A SMARTPHONE KEYBOARD! In. Three. Days!!
Shizuka is super cute. I really like the approach Rentaro used to connect to her. We have three girls with three different personalities that require a different approach to each of them. Rentaro doing a reasonable job so far. Gonna see how things work out as more girls get added. Must protect Shizuka, lol
Brandon are you planning to check out Apothecary Diaries at all? It came out with three episodes, so it is a lot at once, but figured I would ask. It is a really good series and its anime has been faithful to the source material so far.
