Pls just bought mine but when I on it only the power on and be making noise,wt can cause it?

Once you plugged it, please If the machine is on lock unlock it and lift the handle up, then switch it on from the machine then your WAITING and POWER light will come up….if you don’t want it to make that noise please lift up the handle before putting it on. Thank you
