I look at the map: mid is not pushed; top is not pushed; objectives are not taken; my team is all spread in our jungle doing god knows what. I think I was literally the only player that hit an enemy tower in my team throughout the whole game.
Most of the time I see players complaining about that though they're splitting when their team is in base or not grouped. If your team isn't ready to pressure an objective, you shouldn't be putting yourself in danger.
Haha, season 11 is crazy. We now have amazing detailed guides that tell you exactly how to reliably gain advantages and win games and yet 80% of all comments are still just "...but my team"

@@blackhoundSSC id say my map awareness is one of my best points, tho once i start fighting i kinda dont look that much. im getting better at not getting tilted and playing for lategame or objectives as these early kills in my elo are just so random and dont really do too much unless someone goes 0/10. my mechanics are fine but i prefer easier champs to focus on the map/macro. i was plat last season but am gold rn as i started playing more wild rift than league but even there im not that sure, am a support main for now but id like to maybe pick up jungle

The problem with most teams is when you do split they will flame if you are not there and they die. As mentioned if you're behind what is your split going to do if you can't hold your own? Now playing Cho taught me that even when hard counter picked theres always a way to beat your enemy and I had a recent game where enemy team had a decent lead vs our team but when I split and got solo kills (as cho) I began to snowball (fairly late I might add). Once the team had killed off 3 or 4 enemies I split pushed while team did baron because I knew if Vi, Ornn, Aphelios, Seraphine or Ezreal (mid for some reason) came at me I could hold my own until I either ran to safety or killed them and then got to safety. That very game forced Ornn, Sera and Aphelios to all come bot during baron take and I made a swift escape with 2 towers under my belt. I'd rather get a successful push and survive than get maybe 1 stack but lose my lead due to greed. That very push saved the game because bot came back hard by being with the group, I had rank 3 Cho ult (1000+ true ftw XD) and we had yone (mid) for whenever I sieged the towers so he could cleave the enemy without turret aggro. All in all good macro led to a lot of powerful plays for the team. Im not saying Im a god at league or anything since 50% of the time I will autopilot and either just survive a gank or all out die. I've learned a lot from these guides and they have made me a better player as a result.
I don't recommend the draft tip, you're better off just sticking to 2-3 champions instead of trying to counterpick your laner. A lot of the times you may end up counterpicking but not knowing the fundamentals of the champion
You also learn a lot more from limit testing your mains against the counter matchups. There’s a reason so many one tricks and two tricks are able to climb consistently
9:44 I agree, but every time I do that my team starts running towards me from the opposite side of the map, spam pinging and flaming in chat cause I go alone instead of (them) taking any free turrets, dragons or even inhibitors. If I happen to die, they will keep coming anyway and get aced. So yeah.
How do you close out games? I've been managing to end up in a carry position, but we were just winning fights back and forth, yet whenever we won a fight we could never end the game because only i was doing well so our pushing power was dogwater
Push out waves before an objective or keep them on their side when a fight breaks out, so that when a fight breaks out, you can take their towers, deny them minion gold/xp, clear out their jg, or do an objective. It’s way easier to push with baron when your minions are already pushing to the enemy towers.
hey, I have a question about why a player should group with the team if they're so behind? Wouldnt that just set them even more behind if they are sharing XP?
I assume, since grouping is so rng, you can make a comeback from behind and look for random picks with multiple members, since the enemy top laner can just run you over and take your towers
As a main top laner my ban is teemo and my blind pick is Jax, I don't know if I'm doing it wrong but I feel like I can't never super loose a line if I played properly
I play only Illaoi top. Pre 6 i just abuse heavily. After 6 waiting for 1v2 ^^ Hitting E requires a lot of skill though. If you miss, you're as good as dead
While Shen is strong right now, I don't think he's the best blind pickable champ. I main him and blind pick him all the time but he has some very hard counters that are meta right now. Try laning vs Aatrox, Darius, or Sett. You will not have a good time. The best you can hope for vs a Aatrox lane, is being 10-20 cs down at the end of the laning phase. Also, when you play Shen you need to know when and when not to use your ult. Using your ult while the wave is slow pushing away from you is very bad. Ulting when the wave is crashing is also really bad. Unless you have a bunch of games on Shen and know when ulting is good for your lane state, you will end up a lvl down very easily. This is likely why they did not include him in the list.

My favourite advice since one tricking darius for about 2 months is be as selfish as possible If your helping out others you need to be gaining as much as possible because if you don't you fall behind your lane opponent by them just farming xp and gold of the lane
Depends who you are playing, but what ive found is mordekaiser has pretty decent poke with his q, or his e, q, auto, passive burn, but if you are playing an all in champ you could dive at him and kill him, but just try different things in the matchup and if they work they work
I'm a foreigner and English is not my native language. Could you let me know what "melee champion" exactly means? I couldn't find it out in the dictionary...
So, a melee champion is a champion that attacks an enemy in their reach. They use weapons like swords, staves, axes, or even their own fists. They don't use guns, bows, or anything ranged. Essentially a close range champion.
This outcome is usually matchup based in which case you need to be holding a freeze for longer or you are not strong enough to punish their attempt to contest the wave. If you want to get an advantage you need to hold the minions they want to farm hostage so they are forced to take a losing trade. Always slow pushing is not the answer, you need them to be afraid of you.
@@BenditoSwae just to expand upon it, for example I was playing Mordekaiser into Illaoi around P2 elo and that’s kind of an awful matchup because whoever lands their pull on the other will usually win. Although if Illaoi ults Morde first, he can Ult her and cancel all of her tentacles. But they also have perfectly similar wave clear. Their builds counter one another. It’s a very even matchup. Nearly impossible to get a freeze or slow push either way. So basically, you just farm against one another and use teleport to make plays with your team.
@@d4s0n282 yeah that’s the main factor in freezing, it’s forcing them to spend their resources on the wave so you can spend yours on them. But holding a freeze can require the same cost, which I think a lot of people don’t consider. Like if you grab the wave and try to leash it to the side, you sometimes need to expend your health as a resource. Or if a large wave is crashing into you and you want an attempt to freeze, you have to expend your mana as well. It’s basically just a tug of war with the wave, whoever manages the minions better will win everytime. And that’s why players below like high plat/low diamond are easy to exploit because most of the time all they will do is permanpush the wave. But also, if you don’t know what you’re doing with the wave and all you do is perma clear and lasthit, then you will be in a better position than the guy always pushing.

If your helping out others you need to be gaining as much as possible because if you don't you fall behind your lane opponent by them just farming xp and gold of the lane
Jayce is good agaisnt a lot of things
Bro what about tahm kench for a blind pick
This is my first week, who is that spider guy he is playing? He looks cool
Urgot.
@@charliepea thanks
Im new to the game and I keep getting bodied by mordekaiser, how do I beat him?
like he just braindead walks in with a shield equal to half his max health then 1 taps you with a long range melee atk
Depends who you are playing, but what ive found is mordekaiser has pretty decent poke with his q, or his e, q, auto, passive burn, but if you are playing an all in champ you could dive at him and kill him, but just try different things in the matchup and if they work they work
Would this work on Wild Rift?

YES MORE TOPLANE GUIDES I NEEED THIS hue hue hue
Wow, good top lane content? On skillcapped? This must be some sort of fever dream. 😜
jayce is also a good blind pick at least in competitve
Jayce is unplayable into irelia and malphite and he is too difficult to play unless you dedicate a lot of time learning him.
@@pedrohenrique-db3xd what makes him difficult?
zone opponent away from wave. cries in ranged top matchup
Ayo my league fucked up pitgrid has cho's passives Icon on my game wtf i just noticed i always thought that was kinda funky
What about aatrox ?
I'm a foreigner and English is not my native language.
Could you let me know what "melee champion" exactly means?
I couldn't find it out in the dictionary...
So, a melee champion is a champion that attacks an enemy in their reach. They use weapons like swords, staves, axes, or even their own fists. They don't use guns, bows, or anything ranged. Essentially a close range champion.
finally top lane guide T_T
i dont think chogath is blindpickable, because if enemy locks in morde ur screwed and he doesnt even have to be good at the champ
Every champion has counters though.
did u mention what a freeze was i didnt catch it
1:00 i remember u can just ult
Everytime i try to do a slow push my enemy just trim my wave so we have even minions ?
This outcome is usually matchup based in which case you need to be holding a freeze for longer or you are not strong enough to punish their attempt to contest the wave. If you want to get an advantage you need to hold the minions they want to farm hostage so they are forced to take a losing trade. Always slow pushing is not the answer, you need them to be afraid of you.
@@Rojersca Thank you so much that sounds more likely to help then always slow push into someone i cannot
So basically, you just farm against one another and use teleport to make plays with your team.
also if you happen to freeze it will literally force them to spend resources to clear wave and can be a good time to try to go in
@@d4s0n282 yeah that’s the main factor in freezing, it’s forcing them to spend their resources on the wave so you can spend yours on them.
One for adc pls
wait, but what if their the ones with a freeze, and you cant fight them, and the jungle wont assist?
That’s where you acknowledge your no longer allowed to play the game and pray your team can carry. Also consider roaming until they break it
