Here is the recipe
-450gr. flour 0 or 00
-7gr. dry yeast
-180ml water room temperature
-1 egg
-50gr. sugar
-30gr. melted butter
-8gr. salt
make dough and rest for 2 hours then make the balls 130gr. each then rest for 1 hour (everything room temperature)
COOKING
-15 min at 390f or 200c.

Ecco la ricetta

fare l'impasto e riposare per 2 ore quindi fare le palline 130gr. ciascuno poi riposa per 1 ora (tutto a temperatura ambiente)
CUCINANDO
-15 min a 390f o 200c.

-180 مل درجة حرارة الغرفة

-30 غرام. الزبدة المذابة
-8 غرام. ملح
تصنع العجينة وتستريح لمدة ساعتين ثم تصنع الكرات 130 غرام. كل ثم الراحة لمدة ساعة (كل درجة حرارة الغرفة)
طبخ
-15 دقيقة عند 390f أو 200c.

Vito, you are making great videos, and it is easy to follow! I just made these and they are SO good. I had one for breakfast with a soft boiled egg. YUM. mine got dark a little early, so i pulled them out at 12 minutes. maybe 375 degrees Fahrenheit for my oven would be better.

So now the guys with dislike you know just the effort that Vito does it s enough to give him like or at least do not do dislike because I m sure you guys do not even know how boil an egg never mind make the dough you know how much many you have to pay to learn the this art so when you burn your hand in the kitchen and you cut your finger in the kitchen plus the oven heat than you can judge

I'd like to see how you make a familiar pizza with cheese stuffed crust. You now, here in Latinamerica is pretty popular the pizza with ham, double cheese, corn, bacon, bell pepper and the crusts stuffed with cheese! Also the pizza bread not too thin (the thickness more like a sicilian pizza, but round shaped)

First time making buns of any kind at home, from scratch. It was easy and they came out great. Only issue I had was you said milligrams for the water, but I figured you had to mean milliliter? I used the amount of water and they came out really really good. Thank you!
