At the midnight hour, down below a cave, a group of merry ramblers pursued their task quite brave. On the trail of others, they traced a path of toil and in the depth of stonework, their laughter came to boil. Clad in shiny outfits discoveries were made, cause for a guided cave tour it never is too late ! Excellent entertainment not below stairs, but right down in the pit !! 😄🥇
Oh same here, I had to rewind often as I get so into the cave surroundings and didn’t catch the humor, and teasing! Oh Michael, is so cheeky isn’t he! 😆 So much fun.
The sheer giddiness of this whole adventure was manna to my soul. Couldn't wipe the smile off my face for the whole half hour. Many of us have nearly forgotten what it feels like to be amongst good friends and exploring and having a marvelous time together. It's great. Such fun.
I loved, loved, loved these vlogs by you, Michael, also Anna’s and Stephanie’s vlogs about the visit to Chateau Lagorce. Such fun and generous hosts and such wonderful houseguests! It is so great to see chateau owners being friends and supporters of each other. Wonderful community! I hope you’ll continue doing it and delighting us in the process 💕💕💕💕
Thank you so much Erika for watching all the vlogs it means a lot to all of us ❤️❤️❤️ we are so lucky to have such wonderful friends ❤️❤️❤️ Michael is so talented and filming is his passion we can’t wait to see what he does next ❤️
I still can’t believe Stephanie went spelunking in a dress and high heels! That woman is fierce. You are the most fun group of people I’ve ever seen. It took guts to go down in the cave after dark.👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼
They were all very brave to go into the caves at night but as a sufferer of claustrophobia myself, I admire Philip most of all. He didn't want to go down there but overcame his anxiety anyway and braved the depths just to be part of the team. That's true courage. I don't think the rest of the party truly appreciated that. Michael's Beef Wellington looked magnificent!
ENCORE! I'm going to watch it again, with popcorn, projected on the wall for the FULL effect--EERY cave adventure. OMG, I nervously watched and held my breath until all 5 of you returned to the entrance. At 26.00, Stephanie captured Philip's expression...PRICELESS! "Will Stephanie make it out in one piece after deciding to wear high heels...." - Doing it Ourselves, 2021. The most genius line of description... ever.
Yes, so good! They did a bit on the duo! Them teasing us so, wanting us to grovel and beg for them! 😁 But please for goodness sake Steph & Michael, give us more Det. P. & Madame M. Pleaaassseeeee!
I've actually been to the cave of the Goonies and seen the pirate ship, which was put there for the movie, and is still there to this day. The cave is outside of Vienna, Austria in a place called Hinterbrühl, and is called Seegrotte. It's closed now because of Covid, but a really fascinating way to spend an afternoon. They even have weddings down there.
@@DoingItOurselvesOfficial What fun that was to see. I live in Astoria, Oregon where much of the Goonies movie was filmed and there is still a huge fan group that comes here to celebrate the movie. The coastal caves here are far less dramatic compared to our lava caves created by the many volcanoes here in the Pacific Northwest (you may have heard of Mt St Helens, erupted 1980). The lava caves are great spelunking!
So looking forward to this Michael you have been missed :) glad you are happy and back can’t wait to have more adventures with you 💗😘🇨🇦 wow those caves Michael you guys are brave I’d be so claustrophobic 😱it was great fun to see you all together such good friends:(what’s next for you xxx
It seems like an awfully large quantity of wine was drunk before this spelunking occurred. I had so much fun watching this and seeing you all having such a great time. I laughed right along with you and I am stone cold sober!
You’re such a fun bunch. But the way You and Stephanie play off each other is pure synergy! “A bit of light spelunking of an evening...” Stephanie’s hilarious 😂 😂😂
I always think its funny how back in history at some point someone made up a big fancy word for it, but those of us who actually crawl through caves regularly (professionals and amateurs) just call it caving. Lol 😉✌ Awesome entertaining video. ❤
So glad to see you are back Michael creating fun, laughter and mischief with Stephanie at Ed and Anna's Chateau. I ask you🙄, what else would a girl be wearing on her feet to go caving, such a sensible choice! Well done.😊👍😘x

Such an amazing adventure and discoveries made! The giddy laughter prior to spelunking was already entertaining. What a wonderful, one-of-a-kind experience with great friends and hosts! :)
This was great fun! It was so nice to see people having a good time after such a challenging year. Where we all felt like we were navigating a cave and now we have found the exit. Then there will be tea after! So good to see you Michael!

Thanks for taking us on this adventure with you. I had such fun and laughed heaps. You are wonderful Michael and Stephanie the others I haven't "met" before.
I loved it. When i saw you were visiting Ed and Anna I hoped you would get a chance to explore the caves. I myself got to take a tour of Lewis and Clark caverns back in the early 1990s. It was amazing and so exciting. I know there was some joking and use of double entendre prior to tour filming, so I will add to it by saying... I can imagine building a "secret mancave" connected to the winery. (Oh he went there didn't he...) A grand study or library of that gorgeous limestone. Filled with grand oak bookcases, comfy overstuffed armchairs, a roaring fireplace, and other posh treats. Somewhere I could sit reading old books or listening to great music. Your comment about it being less like a horror movie plot and more like an adventure movie really resonated with me. I loved glimpsing the history of the quarry. Viewing all those dates and knowing you are standing where someone else stood decades before. The experience is awe inspiring. I would love to have heard a James Brown record played down there.
