My dream is to become good at football, but when I play i get nervous when the ball is coming and a screw up a lot and get discouraged because then the guys won't pass me the ball anymore.
Play more small sided games with high intensity where you will see pressure on you and even da getting sollution by passes scan or skills ! And also try to train the moves or skills you wanna do in match but scared of in a pitch alone with the ball or with someone until you make them good and fast cause practise make things better, and finally whenever you enter a match say your good enough to make difference and trust yourself and the beautiful things you did alone and in training and go on ! 💪🏼⚽️
Hi coach, i have been in and out of being a winger and a fullback from my early age till now (in my late teens),my attributes are speed(decent acceleration and good speed in overall),tall( roughly 6ft) and my game iq is fairly rated by some coaches and players,my dribbling is decent, it jus comes to my finishing in the final third,which i can work on,thats me as a winger,some coaches want me at fullback bcs of my speed and height and decent defensive awareness but my heading and junping are my bad traits I do a decent job as a winger,its jus my finishing and i do a decent job as a fullback,its jus my heading and jumping I get confused on what position I should really focus on for the new season Please help?
I think that's the main reason why it's so difficult to play as a leftback being right-footed or viceversa

How old are you. This nervousness in game will go away if u get comfortable playing football. Play as much as u can. Small sided. To 11vs11
Play a lot of futsal(5-a-side). Your nervousness will go away in a matter of weeks.
Try to play like you are play with young kids and you just want the ball all the time becouse you think you better then them play with this mindset
