@@InkRebellion I'm imagining this is a rogue sailor, made this out of scraps and trades along the way. You can't see from the picture, but this mini oasis is not on land, the days of land are far gone....
Real pen and paper! As a painter of 40 years I'm upset at how many new (an old) artists have lazily started using AI to make art. I occasionally throw some ideas around on it, with and intense background in art history.. what's the bubbles sounds? you don't need that it cheapens it. good luck.
Just came across you channel and I have to say how much I enjoyed your drawing as well as the sound effect. I'm looking forward to watching your other videos.
I Love this! Beautiful, fantastical, drawings. I also love how when you watch the individual lines, it has kind of a haphazard aesthetic, which turns into something magnificent as it goes
I’ve always been so impressed with artists who don’t have to use a pencil sketch and can just go right in with ink or marker. I also love the ambient sounds you added, it really sounds like we’re in a lab on a stormy night! Love the drawing so much, especially the thin ropes connecting the tops of the towers, and thanks for sharing!
Your style is so so unique! I really enjoyed watching as the scene transformed from light shadows and forms to your line work and then going in with darker shadows and adjusting contrast! The textures and scenery suggest a sort of post apocalyptic world - please keep the videos coming! Phenomenal job!!
@@InkRebellion YW! I've made some art / illustrations of imaginary structures, and never got them to be "magical", they just were ok. One thing I see you doing is implying details, and not just getting getting caught up in them.
its' kinda difficult to draw straight with ink pen so I still prefer using the guide though just like this one it won't let you lose track of the line. this is awesome👌👌👌👌
I draw too and I don't know if you guys have this kind of impression, but when I create something amazing like that it's so powerful, it's like magic. I feel full of joy e purpose...great work
Yes, I have an etsy shpo setup, I'll add the link in my profile soon, I'm trying to make it as cheap as possible for you guys, once i've sorted it out i'll add the link :)
I am not much into sketching and stuff but something about this video I found very satisfying. Its a lovely art. Is there any specific name of this type of sketching? Anyway, keep it going. Would love to see more of these. Thanks. 😌
The support you guys are giving me is incredible! thank you, I dont think it really has a name, maybe its quite original. More videos coming! with more atmosphere and mystery :)
Yeah I never do anything without some reference, typically I first find a composition reference, then building references, material references and shadow references, I have all these displayed on my monitor as I draw. Hope this helps
So much better. I always try to get the dormers right. Tall windows and a 10”-12” side(of dormer). Plus, that “hat” that you deleted- thank you! I’ve heard them call them pork chops. Which would be an insult to pork….
I tried to copy ur style and do something out of my imagination Nevertheless never gonna underestimate another persons style ever again Also the fact it took u 8 minutes blows me But i won't give up till ive learnt ur secrets This is amazing work ❤❤❤
Im just getting back into art. Are those soft grey markers alcohol based like the copic ones? They look like they draw really nice, thanks for putting what you use at the start
When I was a student, I made same things on lessons of Politology just with cheepest gel-ink pen and usual pensil. But it would be more cool if I could did that this water blupblup. Professor would be expressed
Great question, I do a lot of traditional painting, I believe the way I hold my pen is influenced by that and also I want the viewer to see what I’m doing.
I love the drawing process, but the background sound really annoyed me as it creates a distraction from the sound of the pen scratching the paper as it doesn't match the video at all. I had to mute the sound. And put a brown sound/music to play to feel relaxed.
Sorry about that, I am unable to add the sound of my pen as i have too much background noise in my house. I hope you stick around for the visuals at least :)
@@InkRebellion hey no worries. I think brown sound combines very well with your videos. It is relaxing and calms the heart. Also piano music for relaxing is also an option if you will. This is just my opinion. Cheers mate. 👍

I like your art, but as for the video I feel you cut it too short, all the jumps between sections not showing the full process takes away from the effort and talent you are displaying.

Ditto
Get you one better, I subbed as well. 😉
drawings in black and white have a powerful impact visually, i love this kind of art.
Yeah i totally agree! thanks
Great work. That Grey marker might be a big help in my drawings. Fed up with shading in Pencil!
yes try it, little better due to its subtilty
I especially love how the first lines become a part of the drawing and double as a guide. That kind of artifacting is way stylish.
Thanks
I REALLY wish this was available with ONLY the sound of the pen on the paper and no bubbles, wind, and water.
Hi me too! Sadly there’s too much noise happening in my house. Hopefully one day, nice to hear from you
Very cool. Thank you for showing the final piece for long enough to actually enjoy it!
Glad you enjoyed it!
I like to use this thing called a pause button when I want to see something long enough to actually enjoy it.
Absolutely gorgeous. I love it.
Thank you so much!
Wow! incredible video thanks for sharing!
Glad you enjoyed it!
this reminds me of my childhood. thank you. wish i could go back to those times, being an adult sucks.

First time watching one of these videos and I have to agree with you on the sound effects.
Lovely!!! Your lines are so satisfying, there's so much movement and interest to the piece. Love it! GJ!

Yes, me too I love this idea, and really motivates my imagination. I'm building little worlds in my head, and the helps the flow of ideas!

how many time it takes ? fantastic art!
Not too long, I think filming i slow me down a lot :p maybe 1 hour without filming, and 2 with filming
I like listening to the bubbles.
hehe nice
Hey, super cool stuff ! I was wondering, do you use reference for those and if yes, where do you find them ?

Very curious to know your research process before drawing something. Do you find the references online?
Yeah I never do anything without some reference, typically I first find a composition reference, then building references, material references and shadow references, I have all these displayed on my monitor as I draw. Hope this helps
@@InkRebellion Thank you for answer! Would be great to see your reference collage in one of the future videos as an example
Peter Draws is the master of this style.
I also like H.R. Giger (he developed the art style for the alien movies)
@InkRebellion Accomplished as both Giger and Draws obviously are, I find your work vastly more visually appealing. Liked and subscribed.
Agreed on all points. Love all your subtle points of detail within your work. Bravo and Well Done!!
Weird asmr background audio, but other than that amazing art 🎨❤
