I sincerely wish Adam and Abby would quit apologizing for their physical conditions....you are who you are and you two are enjoying every second of your adventures to the fullest; like we are enjoying your videos! All your viewers likewise should focus on the beautiful scenery and the opportunity to be able to experience it through your videos.

Please don’t apologize for being in less than great shape. You give me a good gauge of places I can hike without killing myself!
My experience of hiking to Delicate Arch was exactly like yours, so you’re the perfect gauge for me and I’m heading down to the Moab area in the next couple of weeks and I’m going to hit many of these places based on your videos, so a big thank you!!!!

I don't care what anyone else says, you two are HIKERS!! I WISH I could get out and enjoy the outdoors the way you two do!! I'm currently recovering from major back surgery, and im unable to get out and about. I applaud you for getting out there and DOING IT, and sharing with those of us who can't! ❤❤❤

I gotta applaud you 2 for hiking properly btw. Having a hat, water, hiking boots, sticks, etc is being prepared for the challenge. We spend so much money here in Arizona RESCUING people who decide to go out on a trail in the middle of 110* summer with a single bottle of water, no hat, sneakers, etc. It's really upsetting how these people do that, but then again they also drive their cars into flooded roads and get swept away. You 2 are doing it right and having a blast. 😎 Thanks for taking us along with you!

I LOVE watching ya's adventures together. You two make me smile! Don't don't have to explain yourself, being out of shape, ya are perfect the way God made ya. Ya are out living life, and that's more than most during this time.

Prior to your monologue about your level of physical condition, hiking, my wife commented that you guys understand going in the level of difficulty you are facing on your ‘trek’ and you do it anyway. So kudos to you and Abby for suffering to bring your fans beautiful well produced content. You’re a long way from help so don’t overdo. We appreciate you. Godbless.

Once again, Thank you for the video. Remind me of when I was younger and was able to into the outdoors. One thing I remembered is that going up hill seems hard, but coming down can be even harder because you really can't see what is where you are stepping.

You are hiking in my opinion and your doing it right. You know your limitations your taking your time and enjoying the experience. That is what it is all about. I would rather hang out with folks like you who want to enjoy and share then those who brag and boast about what they did. Plus your smarter then a lot of the so called hikers out there you carry water. LOL

Adam, quit apologizing for who\what you are. You and Abby are talented individuals who do amazing things in your own right. Those people that can hike 10 miles and brag about it probably would not know anything about achieving a precisely flat smooth machined surface or know the importance for doing so(for one example). Just enjoy the walk with your lady.

I've been camping and backpacking in Canyonlands since '74, and, having hiked in all three major Districts in the Park, Needles, by far, is my favorite. Without writing the Magna Carta on this topic (which I could), suffice to say that one of the talents that I developed over the years was spotting pictographs and petroglyphs from distances and/or through visual obstructions, that most hikers would miss. In '86, driving to the Elephant Hill trailhead for a backpacking trip to Chester Park and the Devil's Kitchen (HIGHLY recommended), I spotted a beautiful little pictograph panel that I HAD to explore: to find the spot, please go to 17.25 on the video's time bar, freeze the frame, and precisely in the center of the picture is where you'll find the magic; there are also symmetrical grooves (not a mortar/pestle set) in a rock where "something" was being formed. I have pictures of this adventure, but I'm old, and my VCR machine is STILL blinking "12:00." If anyone can give me technical help, I'd be happy to share the shots. Above all, enjoy this incredible land!

Love this trail! Thanks for the memories! Great video; felt like I was there. I am a "real hiker" and have gone further on this trail, but I also stop a lot, take photos, lay down, take short naps, enjoy the scenery. Using hiking poles helps a lot on the steep parts, and surprisingly, on the flat parts too.

Adam, Abby, when walking down a steep hill, especially on such stairs, try using (two) hiking sticks. Will give you safer grip, makes it easier on the knees and less risk of twisting an ankle.

I made the mistake once of going hiking with a Real Hiker. I'll never do that again! We hiked for hours up the side of a mountain up to a mountain lake. And when we finally got there, what does he say? "Okay, lets go back now." What??? Aren't we going to at least enjoy the destination for awhile, and explore a little? That's when i figured out that it's the hike itself that's the all-consuming thing; there's no real interest in actually enjoying the scenery and the destination. I guess after you've done enough hiking to become a Real Hiker, you've seen it all and its not real interesting anymore really, so only the Hike itself is left. Go as far as possible and observe as little as possible, seems to be the result.
