Kadai | Market| Patiala | Phulkari one flower starts from Rupees 4/-

Phulkari refers to the folk embroidery of the Punjab. Although Phulkari means floral work, the designs include not only flowers but also cover motifs and geometrical shapes. The main characteristics of Phulkari embroidery are use of darn stitch on the wrong side of coarse cotton cloth with coloured silken thread.
I made this video to tell everyone that if you want to have your own choice of phulkari designs with your favourite colours then you can order to ladies .. who live in Tripuri area of patiala. I just covered one lady’s work. You can search the others in near by areas.
The designs of phulkari starts from rupee 4, rupee 5 and rupee 10 n so on..
