- Today I am sharing a day of eating while we had showings on our house throughout the day!! We decided to get take out for each meal to show some lower point options we enjoy!

If you want to sell your house fast, you should take mostly everything off of the walls all those vines and all that stuff lights and make sure no pet things are on the floors and all around less is always better. Make sure there’s nothing on the kitchen counters, put some air fresheners in there, when the house looks less uttered and has great smells the house will sell a lot faster

Yes. I sold my house recently. I removed so much personal stuff. Off the walls. Off counters in kitchen and baths.
Think hotel style. Very simple.

I was thinking the same thing. It shouldn’t have ANYTHING. Nothing on the counters and make it look so bare so that people can picture their own stuff in the house.

I hope y'all have a fantastic offer already. Pro tip from a dog loving real estate agent- Cover all your pet spaces with blankets when you're home, Throw them in the washer (to trap smell, dont have to start it) when you leave for a showing. Walk through w/ Fabreze pet air freshener spray. It works really well. It's unreasonable to clean your house before every showing, but this helps it smell clean

The coffee looks great. I take a premiere protein latté with me and have them pull a triple shot of decaf espresso over ice in a venti cup for mine 😉
You could always do the UN-WHICH from Jimmy John’s and they put it in a lettuce wrap instead of the sandwich with bread 😊

It's so hard to eat out at restaurants! I've been using weeklies to eat out at a restaurant once a week. When we go on trips, it's really hard to stay within my budget of 23 points per day!
