Same, always played BF2 9 Minutes demo on Oman with my brother on coal powered computers and then my father gave me his EA Account with BF2 Full-Version and BFBC2 man i played this game for years for two years i played with some american dudes taht were like 20 years older than me where i learned most of my english, we had so many great times in this game and the Vietnam DLC

Man I miss this game so much. It's just my childhood and hearing this theme is just something that makes me cry. So many good memories. All the other battlefields are good, but as for me, BFBC 2 will always be the superior battlefield of all the time because it was my childhood. I miss it so much.

Then, bf1 had the tragedy of ww1, the first modern war in an old world pinned down with a classical theme, followed up by bf5's more "grand" and bombastic soundtrack. Some traditional japanese music later, we get bf2042. A world in ruins in a game that shows a worst case scenario for humanity's future. With everything broken down and war fought by people without countries left to fight for, instead fighting for pure survival, the soundtrack is depressing and dark, fitting the armosphere extremely well

Bad Company 2 is a complete turn around from the BC series. Just before BC2, we had BC and that was a huge spoof on CoD (imo) and then you get BC2 which is almost a re-do and it's freaking epic. Soundtrack is one of the best to date imo
BF3 is more gritty and combat and pretty fun and stuff, BF4 got shat on by everything, but Bad Company 1 and 2 was quite simply the most fun series I evar played.
Dice please bring us true next generation Battlefield and put this respectful and glorious title back where it belongs to! Among the TITANS of fps games! Battlefield BC2, BF3 and BF4 won't last forever becuase everything must one day end...

Battlefield Bad Company 2, well, I gotta say it's better than BF3 and BF4, ask me why? Well, it has MUCH MUCH BETTER singleplayer, better gun sounds, sountracks are freaking awesome. Destruction too, you could destroy whole map. I'm not saying that BF3 and BF4 are bad, they are nice and good too, but BFBC2 has much better things (except in Multiplayer when a fucking helicopter can destroy everything and you can't hide.). When I played this, it was awesome, still today is awesome. I like all the Battlefields.

The singleplayer has to be realistic except the bf4 campaign. The singleplayer shouldn't be as crazy as cod. So you can say the singleplayer of bf3 was not good enough to you but you shouldn't say in general and tell about the sounds of this title. the sound of bf3 and 4 are very good. I don't see the difference between the multiplayer in BF3 and BFBC2, both are almost the same but when it comes to the story then surely BFBC2's story line beats BF3's story line.
It's actually there right from the beginning. Listen to the progression in the first few bars by the string section in the background. It then deviates to a different progression which then switches to something major, then it starts to show the feeling of the resolution progression of the 1942 theme, then it's all just something a bit different really. It's all there, just a tiny bit. It's a shame you have to strain yourself to hear it.
@CaelanA1 0:40 on a more detailed view is probably meant to exploit the courage and valor of a soldier...why that part is in a game starring Bad Company you got me there.
